Im so mortified at the customer service I received from Josh s. He looked to be in charged. He was so terribly rude to us. Than argued with us that a shoe was listed on the tag for 70 but lied to me and said it was 75. After which when he grabbed our receipt he just dropped it on the counter. Vans you can thank Josh S. for my spouse and I and our kids for no longer coming to your store for us to purchase vans, which by the way we are always at lease buying a couple of new ones every month. He totally ruined my image of vans and their customer service.
