Yvonne, wouldnt you agree that first impressions last forever? My family and I tried patronizing your place on Sunday. There were at least 5 empty tables, some people waiting and no one at your check in podium. When your hostess finally returned to her post, while she saw me standing right in front of her, she did not greet or say a word to me. I asked her for a table for 3 and she just looked at me with a dumbfounded blank stare. I said it 3 times then she said it would be an hour wait. I was amazed that there would an hour wait when there werent that many people waiting and so many empty tables. She looked ate and said "well theres a lot of people ahead of you!!" I did not, by any means, expect to be seated immediately, but being a NEW restaurant, certainly did NOT expect you to have hired such a rude hostess!!! While I understand that this is all new to you, it is your responsibility to train your employees do their job efficiently and to provide good customer service. It was our 2nd time going to your place and will most definitely be our last! The first time, we had the same issue; bunch of empty tables while people are waiting. When we were finally seated, we had to wait 7 minutes before we asked you if someone could get us drinks and take our order. The waitresses looked lost and were moving as fast as a sloth! When the food came, most people would not know this, but the Shanghai dumplings should have soup in it and a few of them came flat and dry! While it was nice of you to comp us a dish of pot stickers, its simply not worth the trouble to deal with your "gate keeper" and your lacking employees. Your customer service is the pitts!

We are at this shopping center at least every other day. Just about everything we need is here. Our bank, a ton of great restaurant choices, our pet store, our wine store, 2 Starbucks (cant go without that), and of course Target...plus so much more.

This place has Michaels, Target, at least six great restaurants, Gamestop, PetCo, all the stuff I like. It is easy to get into and park. It appears safe and well lit and there are plenty of people around.

A great shopping center with a very wide variety of shops, one could get a great deal of items here. Definitely an area to frequent for Elk Grove residents.
