Ive been shopping at Illusioms consistantly for about 8 months now. Its a twenty minute drive for me, why do this when there are DOZENS of other shops near me? Its simple. Id be STUPID to not buy Illusions. The staff is very prrofessional when it comes to personalizing the customers experience. After your first few visits, they pretty much know why youre there. I have watched them handle people that could do best with some sleep all the way to fifty year old "business suit-attorneys". When it is busy there, I enjoy listening to the dialog. They have even ordered and stocked items that they couldnt provide...Although, I do realize I am a consistant customer that always comes through. Word of advice. ont ask about anything if youre window shopping...Youre wasting everyones time, go ask your mom for 20 more bucks.. This isnt the meat dept. @ Railys, b1tch. To pipe tbco man.. Im sure if you and enough people inquire about pipe tbco and shopped in there regularly,they would stock it. They dont deserve your rating because they sell mr.pibb and not dr.pepper. I bet you were in there for no longer than a minute and a half. Would you give the rest of thier store thd

There are a few incredible features that illusions offers. First off, product variety. Not only do they carry every sort of smoking pipe that you can imagine, but the quality levels go from good, to incredible. The prices, fair. The staff deserves more than five stars, all personable and helpful. In reply to the "smoke image" review: This is an advertising their company! Clearly. Smoke image may be the worst store I have ever set foot in. The product is cheap, the employee barely wakes up and gets off the chair to notice you are there. If you want quality glass, great costumer service, and a great expierence, go to Illusions. If you want to waste your money, get bad product, and support foreign glass, go to smoke image. There is not enough space for me to say how great illusions is.

ILLUSTIONS is my favorite SMOKE SHOP in Elk Grove city. They have the largest body jewelry, incense, postars, t-shirts and allot of hookahs an hookah tobacco. They have over 100 tobacco flavors and so many different brands of tobacco. They also have allot of pipes. I always refer my friends and buddys to go shop there. Last friday, we had purchest a nice hookah and tobacco and some navel jewelry, and the staff there hooked us up with the best prices and they were very friendly. You should definately go and check it out!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is amazing. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have walked in there and asked them for their opinion on a product and they gave their honest opinion even when it meant I didnt end up buying anything during that visit. They arent just trying to make a quick buck. These guys understand that happy customers = more business.

My friend brought me here and I bought a new mod and when I screwed it up I took it back and they fixed it (I somehow managed to put it on a wrong setting when I put it in my pocket w/o locking it). Very friendly and helpful staff. I dont remember his name but the kid was funny and very personable. Will be back.

This is a very nice smoke shop. Large selection of pipes, vapes. etc. The store is larger than most smoke shops and is clean and very bright. The employees are very helpful.

If youre looking for a bong this is the place to go. If you want pipe tobacco dont bother because they dont have any. Instead theyll try to sell you cigarette tobacco.
