If youre lucky enough to see the owner, youll be treated right. Theres one employee whos real nice, but still hes obviously just there for the paycheck. The other blonde kid, Will, is hella shady and will lie through his teeth to put stuff in peoples hands to get them out the door. He tried to sell me a display mod as new, I said no display. He said he had a newer version that was new. I agreed, but he just picked out another display of that same 1st version, just a different color and put it in a V2 box. Then I asked for a VG dominant juice to cloud chase with. He gave me one that didnt even have VG in the ingredients (PG, flavor, and nic) I called him out for it and he kept telling me it was VG, but that it didnt matter anyway, its all the same. Im sad, as I used to love this shop... But I wont be back

This is by far the best smoke shop in sacramento. Ive been to quite a few of them and finally found a place that has quality products for a great price. There glass selection is amazing!!! They were so helpful and the customer service was outstanding. Thank you guys so much for all the help and you have my business.... I highly recommend this shop. Ive already sent a few of my friends there and they swear they wont go anywhere else. Keep smoking:)

I decided to get away from cigarettes and try vaping and tapering down on the nicotine. A friend did that a couple of years ago and breathes much better. the shop manager and vaping expert were both 5 star businessmen. in depth knowledge of everything. they had patience and took several things out for us to look at closer. As of today, we are loyal customers there now.

I am a nonsmoker, the last two times I have passed by I took notice of the smoking caterpillar from"Alice in Wonderland" displayed outside for any CHILD to see. For shame, I doubt that the owners are unaware of the popular Disney film featuring the same caterpillar, the display must be removed so as not to advertise to small children.

I have to disagree with Bad Experience Guy, I found exactly what I was looking for and for considerably less than other shops I shopped. When I entered the store I was promptly greeted and served. I found a new, first stop shop.
