Meh? I know that when the need arises, you cannot dictate when you go, deadlines and what not. However, if you can go there when the very cute/eccentric girl is on the clock, than do! Because she is most customer service savvy. And when i say eccentric, i mean you say "How will these be delivered" and shell be like " by truck, but first i get to smashem all up in that truck!!!" Way cool!!! Anyhoo, she will not make you smash open the piggy bank. Not like the old guy who is just like Mr. Krabs from Spongebob Squarepants.

Second time ive been to this location, and last. I over night packages at my hercules location all the time, they usually average $10-15 for local shipping. At this location it was $30 ?? Even normal 3 day mail was $15 ... unreal because i could have just gone to the regular post office and got it under $1 ... rip off. The service was friendly, ill give them that. The man working today, was very friendly, but im really not so sure he gave me the lowest rate. Most people dont know they have different rates available.

The Good: Location The Bad: The store is quite disorganized, muggy and cluttered. The male staff are ok, but not as engaging when asking for rates and logistics. The lady with tacky nail polish whos also a notary talks down to customers like she has a PhD in notarization and she is heavens gift to humankind. She is slow in many ways. Get a grip, you are in the business of retail and service, do your job. Good thing there is another UPS store by Alcosta and San Ramon road.

Very expensive the simple black & white print, $ 2 usd !!!! can you believed??? And I had to printed by myself which wasnt a problem, where in FEDEX just cost me $.10 cents and they were nicer & they printed for me & even gave me a folder for free!!! so I went to this UPS Store because I live close by! but NEVER AGAIN will go for anything else! I rather to drive farer to Fedex everytime! very thieft!!!!

Refused to accept my Amazon return package. The guy wanted to charge me $3 to buy the "right" scotch tape. WTF is that, just accept the package. Some people are desperate to get that money from you.

Didnt even print my tracking number on the receipt. Had to fill out an order form? What? Ive never done that at another ups location. The staff doesnt seem to even care. Avoid this place...
