I dont know why I continue to go into this place!!! I guess its because 6-9 months go by and I think for some reason that theyve changed their staff enough to the point of where I will have a good experience.....but NO. Once again, I am disappointed by the customer service that I received in this store. I just dont understand how hard it is for the staff to treat a customer with curtesy and to do their job. Today, I went into the store to drop off 2 packages. One of which had a return label on it, the other did not. The guy, a new person that I hadnt seen before, proceeds to tell me how much itll cost me to mail the other package. I say okay, he hands me a receipt for the package that Ive paid for. NOW, I have been to the UPS Store in Redmond Ridge many times, and each time I drop off return label boxes the lady always prints me off a page that shows the time, date and tracking number on it. This puts my mind at ease because I have record that I dropped it off. When I ask this guy at the UPS Store in Snoqualmie if I got a piece of paper for the other package, he told me to take a picture of it because all that the page has is the tracking information on it. I was stunned that he would talk to a customer with a response such as the one that he gave me. I dont know why I didnt tell him what I expected, but I packed up my things and left the building. I have had packages go missing and not arrive when Ive paid to have them arrive from this UPS store. I will NEVER EVER go back in there!!

I have used the private mailbox service at this location for the past three years. I have found the staff to be nothing less than courteous and responsive on every occasion. I see several other poor reviews with people complaining about wait times and shipping costs; I dont think this is fair. This is a small business, if there are more customers than people working, youre going to have to wait a few minutes to be served. As for the cost of shipments, thats dictated by the carrier, not the store. As long as you have realistic expectations going in, theres no reason to believe that you will get anything other than great service at the Snoqualmie UPS Store.

Customer service. .. none! Walk in with a 4x6 bubble envelope. Weighing probably 6-8 oz. Gal behind the counter isnt friendly, engaging or happy. I tell her that I want to pay the lowest amount to send package. She quotes me $17. I tell her if thats the cheapest you got in going to USPO (add much as I dont like the North Bend PO I know that I can put in priority envelope for $6). Then she tells me $5 for postal service. After she takes money she gives me receipt and says that for that amount you dont get tracking. This place sucks. Wont go back.

I would love to say their customer service is consistently great, but that is not the case. I have worked with some people that are very helpful and kind and then I have worked with some people that make you feel like they are too busy for you and you are bothering them. Unfortunately this is the only place like this in the valley. If I knew of another one I would probably use them instead.

Went there today at 10:30 and store was closed, no notices or anything, customers coming. Trying to return Comcast equipment from North Bend. Called later and person answering said they had a "little confusion" on who was opening today, very defensive and only slightly apologetic and almost sounded annoyed when I remarked about this.

Poor customer service. Its not professional to talk business in the lobby while ignoring your customers. Not sure why its taking 4 people to get nothing done. Whats going on behind closed doors is not a issue of the customers here to do business. I should have drove to Issaquah.....

I had to ship myself a package back home while on vacation and this UPS store handled my needs quickly and professional. The location had several shipping supplies for sale and had a clean environment.
