One of the appealing aspects of this place was that it was well-designed, had the office resources I needed and open until late (11pm if memory serves). Theyve shrunk the place and close now at 9pm. Useless. Theyre gutting more and more of the "Kinkos" aspect that made the place so great. Instead, thats been abdorbed and destroyed. Nice job, FedEx. You lost me.

When talking to them the first time was awesome this last representative was actually super unhelpful. All they wanted me to do was call the 800 number. If I wanted to do that I would of. Super disappointed with this location. Went from good to poor. Very unpleasant and not happy I went through fedex.

This FedEx has been very iffy for me. The staff never really seems interested in you or smiling. They have many many stations but they dont work coherently together.
