So far so good. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf of Downey is good. Servers are helpful (I am bad with coffee drinks and they bare with me) and coffee is fast and pretty tasty. The Mochas are decent and good. The main reason I like this place is that it is good for studying and doing homework. They dont bug you or try to "freeze you out" of the store. They installed a row of 5 tables with plugs so I am happy. Hours are decent, a bit better than starbucks, being that they close at 11 PM.

I truly love the drinks here. The price is a little bit higher than starbucks, but the drinks are a little bit bettter. My favorite drink here is the ultimate vanilla bean ice blended. The place is very spacious, and plenty of seats available. Great service, but slow due to them only having to workers. I guess thats what having a higher minimum wage means.

Love them! I got off work at 11:50 they close at 12am (I was that customer) and they still very wonderfully made me and my mom two hazlenut iceblends that hit the spot after a long days work. I wasnt even aware they took phone orders but they did me the favor. So customer service is A1. Last time my dog also got a "puppacino"

The iced americano was very good. Today was my second visit. The batista offered me a sample of their cold brew. It was quite strong and I could feel the coffee grinds in my mouth. The parking is free and easy. Ill be coming here again.

Pretty chilled spot. If you are looking for some quiet reading or study time make sure you get there after 3:00pm when Downey High School let out. Get a little loud when the high school kids walk in.
