Went in last night. One of the employees was asked to go get ice at the market at the other end of the shopping center; no joke, he could have gone walking. We were sitting outside and he almost hit the chair one of my brothers was sitting in with the back part of the car. Then, he takes off like hes speeding on the freeway! The parking lot was full of cars and there were lots of people crossing to come to the coffee shop. He comes back and he does the same thing! That parking lot is not a speedway and there were pedestrians, including children, who could have been injured. This is completely unacceptable. And to top it off, service was not the greatest.

THEIR DRINKS ARE DELICIOUS I LOVE THE CUBANO CON LECHE. THEIR MOCHA MEXICANO BRINGS ME BACK TO CHILDHOOD IT REMINDS ME OF WHEN MY MOM WOULD MAKE US CHOCOLATE ABUELITA . THEIR CULTURE IS SO LATIN YET WITH A TOUCH OF MODERN L.A THE ONLY THING IS THAT IF YOU ARE IN A RUSH THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE DISAPOINTED THEY ARE NOT FAST THEY KIND OF TAKE FOR EVER MAKING DRINKS BUT HEY THEY ARE NOT STARBUCKS THEY ARE TIERRA MIA AND IF THEY HAVE TO TAKE THEIR TIME THEN THATS JUST WHAT WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH IF WE WANT OUR FIX

Coffee is great but the staff is horrible! A young lady took my order when she was finished she went back to her coworkers to a circle and started chitchatting away. About two minutes later a young man appeared with my drink and left it on the counter and walked away . 10 minutes later the young lady returns to finally handover my drink when I received the drink it was melting and warm mind you the drink was done in two minutes but the staff just was not attentive to the drive-through at all

Love this place I always recomended it. Horchata frappe, chocolate Mexicano frappe, her character latte, and the tea lattes! All things are delight! And they have Almond milk Side note:As a Mexican American LA native I look for places that are owned by LA people and latinos. I love when I find a good place that is Mexican owned I can only be proud and support my fellow peeps

Best coffee in LA. By far, they stand head and shoulders above Starbucks which is basically just burned beans and hot water. With each cup they make and each sip you take, you can tell they make their coffee with care and pride. Whenever I have the time to go here, Ill drive from West LA to get this quality cup of coffee. I only wish they had a place on the west side.

I must say the drinks are good, but the waiting on their drive thru is horrible... I waited for about 30 minutes for two coffees, I spoke to the person that their waiting is horrible, i mean there were only two cars of front of me, but she said that their priority is quality coffe and not quality service. I wont go back. I am sticking to Starbucks instead! Thanks

Good coffee but terribly slow service. Waited 10 min in line and got to watch a bunch of staff just standing around with a look on their face. Oh and i got to watch this guy grab the cups by the rim and put his dirty fingers inside the cup. We left without ordering cuz we didnt have half an hour to get the coffee. Dont think well be going back.

Walked in and out on a rainy day about two months ago--No internet access, No breakfast. Havent been there since and possibly will not visit any time soon despite proximity. UPDATE: on second thought, its an okay place to sit and have a conversation in the morning. No crowds until later at night, pretty chilled music, friendly staff.

The coffees are amazing here. The pour-overs are very flavorful. You can taste all the notes of the coffee. The baristas are a bit absent minded. You have to be on top of them. If you want to sip from a mug, you have to tell them. Simply ordering the coffee for "here", does not guarantee youll get it in a mug.

This Tierra Mia was good when it first opened until the influx of new customers overwelmed it to the point where attention to detail is no longer there. The employees seem lost. Drive thru takes forever. This place is filthy...dont believe me? Just look at the drive thru window when you visit this place.

The Orchata Latte is amazing! Very good and interesting style on coffee drinks based out of Hispanic drinks. There is a drive-thru although is a bit weird been that the service window is on the opposite side of the driver. Even at morning rush our its a very fast service and friendly staff

Pros: great coffee and great pasties. Latin blend of your favorite items at a great price! Cons: drivethru is TERRIBLE! Long, flows into the street, and register is opposite the drivers seat. Also, the staff needs some additional training when it gets busy at nights.

This place is okay. The drive thru is slow. It takes a long time. Youre usually better off walking in. The tres leches muffin is delicious but its somewhat disappointing that they use basic ingredients (such as minutemaid juice) for the price that they charge.

Starting off By Telling You Never go at Night PACKED AF. But if you do , dont be lazy and just get off usually short line and faster than drivethru. Its worth the wait and the line is because of the custies constantly coming in. Just go, its bomb.

Superb coffee...nice to see my brown people and better music than starschmuks.......only wish they had WiFi and outlets.I would be here more often and spend twice as much $ if they did. Two more stars once they add whats missing.

Love the couch setting. Music a little loud so people are talking loud. Love this location more than the new one on Beverly. This is more of a coffee house setting. Oh yummy drinks. Need a reward program. Prices are steep.

They have the best horchata fraps but they always run out of my favorite tres leches cakes. Ived been there three times to get them and they never have them. Also expect to wait in a looong line inside or drive thru.

Chai latte is good, but this place has one of the WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, it makes the experience not worth to come back, Tierra Mia sho learn from places like Urth Caffé or even the coffee bean. Wont come back soon
