Went to get my daughters first bow. First question from them left or right handed. Should have been left or right eye dominant. Was sold right handed bow. My daughter has since been found to be left eye dominant and had to buy new bow. They did not bother to size her for arrows. I did not know this. The lady picked up a box of arrows and said they were their best beginner arrows. Well, I went to fat shafts and got her the proper sized arrows. They do it all on site. What should have been a big clue was that they were fumbling trying to figure out how to string a recurve bow. The older guy knows what he is doing. Good place if you already know about recurve archers or compound bows. Compound and hunting seems to be their thing.

I had a very poor experience at this store. I am a beginning archer and stood around over half an hour without any real interaction or assistance from anyone in the store and did not feel particularly welcome. The shop itself had no other customers at the time so that not the reason. While this shop is closer to me than any other archery specialty store, Ill be shopping elsewhere.

Well this is a great place to go to for your archery supplies and bows, but their hours make it default to work with. They are open on Saturday sometimes until 3pm, but can close sooner and they are not open on Sunday. Having hours like that makes me want to go some where else, to bad becuase I would rate them 5 if it wasnt for the hours.

I took my bow in for a new bow string. Three weeks later it still hadnt been done. It shouldnt take that long even if you have to order a string. I picked my unfinished bow up and walked out. They didnt even offer an explanation.
