It would be more accurate to call some of the employees "cheaters" than the "management." I am new to soccer and began playing a few months ago. My lack of experience in the sport clearly enabled one of the employees to take advantage while selling a pair of cleats to me. I personally wear 12.5 and 13 sized shoes but was told that an 11.5 would allow for better performance and would stretch out to conform to my feet lengths. I tried both the 12 and 11.5 sizes but the employee persuaded me that the 11.5 size was a better choice. I voiced my concerns about the smaller size but the employee ignored them. After playing in them for two days, I noticed minimal stretching in my new cleats and 4 blisters on my toes. I tried to get a refund today but was told I could not because of their policy. It is very unfair for the management to choose an inappropriate size shoe for a customer, only to ignore this mistake by not refunding a pair of cleats. I plan on reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau and other fraud agencies.

These guys are really helpful and knowledgeable. Both times Ive gone in Ive spend 30-45 minutes trying on cleats to find the right pair and they are always patient and helpful. I ended up exchanging the last pair of cleats I bought because they didnt work out and they let me exchange them with no hassle (one day later with tags and receipt, not worn outside). Great shop. I highly recommend it. I will use them every time I need cleats. Also, the last pair of cleats I bought lasted a year and a half wearing them at least once a week with hard play. Good quality and worth the $$$ I paid for them.

Such a great store to find authentic gear for your favorite european teams! This guys have been a big help for me time and time again. They always go out of their way to order me what I what. And they always have the big games on FSC, ESPN, and GOLTV. Fun place to support and hangout at!
