Do not order wedding or custom invitations from Paper Source. We made an appointment and spent almost 3 hours in the store. The first sales rep helping us had to ask the manager every question we had and finally the manager took over for her. We then had to start the entire process over again with the manager telling us the first rep did not know what she was doing. We were very specific that we wanted exactly what we wanted in the sales book, with different colors, and a different paper on the inside of the envelopes. We chose dark blue envelopes and wanted to have return addresses printed on them. We asked to have a white or light grey printed which the manager insisted it would not show up and only black would print on dark blue envelopes and would look great. We of course took her suggestion. We paid and left the store . I received a call the next morning from the manager saying they are not able to print at all on dark blue envelopes unless we paid over $400 to have them engraved. If we knew this the day before, we would have chose a different color and made this very simple. Also, why would you off a color envelope you are not able to print on? We agree to move forward with no printing on envelopes at all to then enter the QA process where we exchange multiple errors including the misspelling of names that are on the credit card we paid with. We then receive an email saying they printed part of our order on the wrong size paper and would take another 8-10 days to have them redone. Well we are on a timeline and cannot wait another 2 weeks. We had our order shipped to the store to only find out what we chose in the book, is not what we got in our order. They are not mounted on anything (as they were in the book) there is no pouch to hold everything in, (as they were in the book) and all of the envelopes do not have a certain paper on the inside. We reached out to customer service via email, we were called and the gal left a voicemail. We called her back the same day and it has been a full business week with no call. Would highly suggest you find another store for invitations with experience and price tag attached.

I really love their selection of stamps, paper and random art supplies. It is a bit pricey which is why i rated it 1 less star. I guess they have to upsell their products to pay for the expensive rent in South Coast Plaza. I wish they had more knicknacks to sell but they cut back to sell more cards, stationary, paper stuff
