I did my wedding invitations here and the staff were all wonderful! They have lots of nice Japanese and Indian Papers and they even have little guides on each paper rack saying where the papers come from and let you know if theyre what they call a "green choice". Im not as Environmentally Friendly as Id like to be but its nice to know that somewhere like this isnt ignoring the issue. I did my invitations using their new "Eco" paper thats all recycled to get my nut job cousin from San Francisco off my back about killing trees. I really dont agree with Ping though... They have it posted pretty well there about theyre policy on returning Fine Papers. On every Rack at about eye level in bright Yellow Paper with Pretty Blue Flowers on it they tell you that they dont accept returns on it. And I pretty much wouldnt want to buy some paper that had been rolled up and put somewhere for who knows how long anyways. Its NICE paper for goodness sakes do something pretty with it. You cant walk out of this store without seeing about 400 things to do with Paper! And you didnt notice the receipt that is a mile long that has their ENTIRE return policy on it just for people like you... oh thats right Im guessing you were one of those people that I always wait in line behind in their that are on their cell phone with their 6 screaming children... whoops!

very limited selection of decorative papers. Be aware of their really really small sign hanged on top of the paper rack, which shows that all the papers are not exchangable or refundable. I was very frustrated when I went back to the store and wanted to exchange different sets of paper, the sales told me that "you should have read your receipt more carefully " ^$!@#^&!#$%#$/ Other arts supplies are just ordinary selection that you can easily find them in Target or Office Depot. Overall, their stocks are just over-priced, the customer sercives are completely horrible.

You can find a lot of great stuff at Paper Source -- not just paper. Gift ideas and crafting supplies are easy to find here. If youre into making your own cards or customizing stationary, this is the place to be. I deducted a star for two reasons: (1) its hard to find parking for this location, and (2) they dont have a great pricing/rewards program -- you can expect to spend a lot of money in a Paper Source and not find a lot of discounts or specials.

Prices are a bit high but theres no better place for buying paper and supplies for major events. Especially when you dont have the money to hire someone to do it for you. The staff is helpful and returns are easy.
