el peor servicio y aparte racistas. hoy martes fuimos a esta tienda de BEST BUY en COMPTON no atendio un muchacho no recuerdo su nombre pero nos atendio en la linea blanca. mi hermana estava interesada en aserle un regalo a mi mama queria comprarle un par de lavadoras empeso aser el tramite le pidieron su id. la unica id. que tiene es la de chicago por que biene de vacasiones. este muchacho le empeso a desir que su id. era falsa y que no se la podia devolver por el simple echo que no aparesia un logotipo que aparese aqui en las id. de california el muchacho se porto grosero al desirle que era falsa que eso era fraude: mi hermana tiene 3 años usando esa id. aqui en california y aya en chicago igual como iva aser posible que solamente por un logotipo que no aparesia como aqui en la id. de california el muchacho desia que era falsa y no se la podia regresar. finalmente nos salimos muy molestos y tratamos de comprovar si era sierto lo que avia dicho el muchacho. y resulta que no fuimos a la bestbuy de downey y nos hisieron el tramite fasil y rapido sin ningun problema de que la id. fuera falsa. entonses me imagino que el muchacho era racista por que eramos hispanos y para colmo el tambien era hispano. solo queria desirles mi esperiencia en esta tienda que por servisio es el pesimo.

Terrible customer service and geek squad is very terrible I bought a TV this year from BestBuy I didnt buy the warrenty because I felt nothing was going to happen to the TV I also lost my receipt which was the biggest mistake I could make and paid cash but with such a growing business you would think if anything was to happen theyll take care of it but I was wrong I first called BestBuy geek squad the customer service rep insured me that everything was going to be OK they have many ways to find receipts and not to worry, then he scheduled me a appointment for a technician to come check the TV out. The guy came out and once again they insured me that everything was going to be OK and its going to get fixed reciept are not. So they ordered the piece I needed to find out a week later that they dont make that piece anymore. So all of a sudden now I need my reciept because I bought my TV this year I found out its covered under the year warrenty they offer but now they cant find my receipt I literally got the run around for 2 months before giving up. The mangers were very rude to me they treated me like my problem was nothing when customers are always right I also felt like they thought I wasnt telling the truth because with are without a reciept I should have still been covered because the model of my TV is this year 2016 which proves I bought it this year. I will never in my life buy anything from best buy this was definitely a lesson learned if you buy anything keep your receipts you guys get zero stars and shouldnt be in business if it was up to me

Tener que poner una estrella para comentar que se está volviendo el peor lugar, no se merecen ni una ni nada, todos los que parecen que trabajan allí, siempre están muy ocupados haciendo nada, y cuando les preguntan algo, se enojan, que no les pagan por ayudar a los consumidores, o les pagarán por estar haciéndose idiotas, tan sólo le dije a uno que quiero comprar una computadora, y rápido me atendió, y cuando le mencione que primero me mostrará por lo que realmente buscaba, tan solo se fue y no regresó más, ni el ni nadie, esto es de my última visita, por la cual decidí hacer este review, es por la consistencia de su incompetente servicios en todas mis otras visitas!!

Went to this store and my intent was to apply for credit. It wasnt the employees who was giving us problems; it was the Capital One bank that causing ALL the problems. This BestBuy should switch back to Chase. A VERY friendly and courteous Employee by the name of Jamie was there on the spot to guide us and make us 100 percent satisfied. She demonstrated that not only is she very knowledgeable and skillful at her job, but she is willing to go the extra mile for a costumer. In my opinion, she deserves a promotion or AT LEAST a raise. The manager, Marcos, is very helpful as well. He gave me a military discount and thanked me for my service to this country. Needless to say, Im very satisfied and due to Jamie, I will now be doing all my electronic shopping at Best Buy here on out. Thank you Jamie and Marcos. I shop here often and havent had a problem until today. I tried price matching an item and was told they wouldnt honor a price match from Amazon because it was "Amazon Prime". Thing is, Amazon Prime is the best way to know that an item is fairly priced on Amazon because it is fulfilled by Amazon. If it wasnt Amazon Prime, then you would have a problem. I called Best Buy corporate who confirmed the lower price for me and credited it to my account. If they try to pull this BS with you at this or any other store, argue with them. Call the manager, call corporate, but do demand that you get the lower price if it is Amazon Prime because that is fair and Best Buy corporate agrees that thats fair. This store either hires people who werent trained correctly or is trying to get over on people.

There always seems to be a shortage of customer service reps. Waiting for help seems to be the norm except during the peak holiday seasons. The store is clean. I also notice that many, too many item shelf locations were empty. There were plenty of "big ticket" items--TVs, computers, cell phones, etc. I probably should mention that this visit was the Monday after the weekend before Fathers Day 2016. Maybe a factor, maybe not. My process to nix disappointment is to order and pay on my computer then pickup at the store making sure that the item it there. I just feel that Best Buy, noting that it is one of the last brick-and-mortar stores left should be no less that 4 stars. Come on Best Buy, STEP YOUR GAME UP!

I spent nearly two hours in this store just waiting. Purchased a Surface Pro and asked to have the shield installed. Was told it would take 10 minutes, then later changed to 20 minutes. 40 minutes later its finally done. Went home and realized they gave me the wrong product. Went right back to the store, explained to customer service that I was given the wrong device. Stood there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to bring up the right one. First attempt they brought the same wrong surface as the first one. Then we sat around for another 40 minutes waiting for the shield to be installed. I come here regularly because it is close, but Im going to a different location from now on. Consistently have bad experiences.

Its just ok. Some sales reps are really great and others not so great. I get that they are busy but they are very unorganized and all over the place. Dont get me started on the customers/geek squad. I dont know why they dont have enough people working there. Every time I go there for a return or I have to see the geek squad, its always an hour wait. And there is only 2 people in line and 2 people helping..... 1 for customer service and 1 for geek squad. The worst part is that you see other reps and geek squad reps waking back and forth... like OMFG..... I stopped going here and I prefer going to the Best Buy in Downey. Much Much better.
