Todays date was offered as a delivery date (December 25th) and was never given a call to inform me they wouldnt be open for my 630pm delivery time. I ordered them at approximately 1120am and i only received a confirmation email. I waited all day and coordinated with lots of coworkers from the Bicycle Casino to surprise my girlfriend. I paid for the 2 DOZEN ROSES and teddy bear (PREMIUM PRICE PACKAGE) AND I NEVER GOT A DAMN PHONE CALL NOR EMAIL!!!! I was never at least warned that there would be too many orders and that they may not be able to get to all of them in time. Needless to say Ive been sad all night since 7pm. I asked my girlfriend to go in to work a little early for a surprise and couldnt even explain why her gift never got there. Managers were waiting and people asked where the flowers and bear were. Im highly embarrassed. I placed an order for $211. and was never contacted for time rearrangement.

Whatever you do, dont order flowers from this florist! It was my fiances birthday today and yesterday I ordered flowers for $145 to be delivered to her office in Commerce. I had a confirmation that my credit card was charged and that the order was processed. When my fiance never called, I called the florist and they told me that they had voided my order because I didnt check a box to allow for substitutions. I didnt receive an email or a phone call, they just didnt feel like processing my order. It ruined this day for me - I feel embarrassed and my fiance was sad because all the other guys in the office send their wives flowers and she was the only one not getting any. As a florist, who deals with peoples important occasions, not to notify a client when they choose not to fulfill an order is simply irresponsible. Dont give these people any business!

I highly recommend this place for flower arrangements. I just recently had my daughters Sweet 16 birthday party and ordered flowers from this place and Duke and his staff are amazing, friendly, and very hospitable. There is 1 employee named Vanessa that assisted my daughter and I in making sure my daughters bouquet arrangement vision came to light. She consulted with us upon her completion of the bouquet and did not believe it was what my daughter had envisioned, so she asked us if she can add some more flowers maybe some sparkle and at no extra cost! I loved that! & at the end the bouquet came out beautiful! So lovely! Thank you COMMERCE FLOWERS FOR EVERYTHING!!

The flowers came out looking 10 times better than what was advertised on their website, and seemed like a good deal, considering what was got and how much was paid. I did take one star away because there was no confirmation email, and they didnt answer the phone on the delivery day, and more importantly, the flowers were delivered after 6pm, which was over an hour after my girlfriend left for the day. However, i cant be too mad, considering the quality, and the fact that i ordered them on Feb. 13 evening, for delivery on Feb. 14 (Thats pretty damn good). Wish i would give a 4.5 rating. .. oh well .. ill just give them a 5

AMAZING!!!!!! Duke & Eddie did such an OUTSTANDING job with my wedding flowers. In weddings you always remember your best choices and your regrets. This one is definitely on TOP as my BEST CHOICE, they delivered beyond our expectations and both Eddie & Duke are so kind and pleasurable to work with. If i could do it allover again id choose them but since ic ant i recommend them to EVERYONE!

The funeral arrangement I selected looked nothing like what was delivered. The colors were the same but the arrangement looked like all the flowers had just been thrown together. Not beautifully arranged as the picture shown. To add insult to injury I upgraded to the next level to have a "fuller" arrangement. Never again.

I just had an arrangement of two dozen roses and only came with 20 roses. Had to send them back. Got them re-delivered and got four tiny roses instead of the big ones it originally came with. Commerce flowers is not what it use to be.

I believe this is the third time Ive used Commerce Flowers, and I have been pleased every time. Theyve always got my order right, and delivered on time. The flowers have always been amazing! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I would like give Mr Duke 5 stars for his customer service to our clinic and give the old lady that works there with him 0 star ,please change your attitude it wasnt pleasant. ..especially when doing business.
