Unfortunately I was a disappointed with my arrangement. While I understand that florists use the flowers that are in season and available at the time, I do expect for the delivered arrangement to be equitable to the arrangement that is pictured. I did not feel that mine was. When I provided feedback to the store I received an auto reply letting me know that someone would get back to me, which they never did.

I will never be there again. I ordered flawers over $60 and also paid delivery charge about $10. I asked to deliver it next day secretly for birth day surprising. But at that day call to my friend and checked time and address... And next day my friend send me the pictire the flawers I was soooooo upset. It was totally different witj what I ordered. I will never ever recomended to other here!

I ordered flowers at about 50$ for delivery the following day. I called the next day to check the status of the delivery to find out I had to spend 17$ more in order to have the flowers delivered because the flowers on the internet is just a suggested price. This place doesnt seem to reliable but in the end I did get the flowers delivered.

Ive gone here for flower delivery to my ifs work in the financial district at least half a dozen times now. Each time, delivery has been quick, customer service excellent, and quality top notch. My Hfs coworkers are constantly oi-ing and aw-inf at the beauty. Highly recommended.
