this place is no longer franco florist. when it was, I had no complaints every time I came. its now kenneys flowers & I will never return. they have a rude, obnoxious asian woman working the front that has no social skills. I was charged twice for a dozen expensive roses...cash and charged. the credit was not processed, then they charged me again 3 days later...still no credit. 5 days later, when I called to have it corrected, the woman was yelling at me, then walked away from the phone for 4 minutes w/out saying a thing to me. she was yelling @ someone else. when I explained that I wasnt blaming her, (but whoever processes the paper work) & this needed to be corrected, she said "go ahead, complain! I have customer here to take care of." (mgr was in las vegas, david, "not around".) they are apparently aware of her awful behavior b/c of many complaints, but still subject their customers to her. five days earlier, the delivery was late. they told me they deliver to 5pm. i asked for after 3pm. they delivered @ 8pm on a friday night. I dont know how the quality of the flowers were. ill go try ms flowers (florist)...maybe they care about their customers. anywhere but here.

I would say poor service, no Customer service..I ordered Flower by online one day before, and i left my phone numbers and email address, but i never receive emails, or phone calls from them..They deliver 2 hours late after i call them 10 times.. I would not recommend....
