Worst experience EVER! Took my phone in for a simple screen repair on Tuesday at 12 in the afternoon and didnt get it back untill 6:00 pm on Thursday! They decided to make calls on their own without calling me to ask if it was okay! They lied to me so many times bout the actual problems that my phone had they said that the battery was bad and went ahead and swaped it without letting me know before and then changed it to saying that my charger port was the problem ... i ended up having to call the police to get my phone back ! They didnt want to give it back! And when i did get it back it was more damaged them when i had brought it in ! And they didnt even fix the screen ! They actually mad it worst but the battery and charger port were fine ! They tried to scam me out of my money! DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY SERVICE ! THE COPS TOLD ME THEY HAVE HAD MULTIPLE OF THESE INCCIDENTS AT THIS SAME LOCATION !! Update: I had to get a totally new phone because I took it to a trustworthy shop and they explained to me that my phone had parts missing .... thats to computer doctors And BTW I have the recipe

Very poor technology - brought in 2 laptops - Jason and his tech said it was a power supply or cord - so I purchase one, $30.00 didnt work system was still not working, at the same time I brought in 19" toshiba laptop, they said it was the harddrive however I know it was the cooling unit - month later I get it back after spending $262.00 and it still didnt work. I brought it back in and they said they would look at it again another 2 weeks passed and still didnt work - then I came in and they said they would trade me for like for like and gave me a newer but lower level Toshiba and now that doesnt work - so Im out 2 computers and $300.00. Jason cames he is not the manager, and that his brother is (Alex) and they will not refund my money back - Jason stated that is their policy and then went on to say they will attempt to repair the unit again - this is like the fifth time. They have no idea what they are doing - be careful borderline bait and switch

Not a bad group of knowledgeable repair and electronic genius guys. They did a good job in repairing an item I brought in. $ cost was higher then I had wished but they had best pricing around inland empire. The owner is very quick to respond and will tell you up front what can or cant be done unless his other tech guys are out of office he will call or text back as soon as he finds out cost. Very persistent and helpful. Keep in mind diagnostic is free too! *They want to make sure you are satisfied* My only two minor dilemmas are: 1. Pricing over the phone was slightly different from when I went in. **Good and friendly guys. I would recommend them to anyone who does not KNOW how to repair ANY electronics!**

They are very understanding to work with if you have any issue with your computer device and are very flexible to work with. This business will go out of its way to get your business no matter what computer system you may have, from iPads to Mac Pros, they fight to earn your business. I love that! This business has made me a believer again in our local communitys small business which we all need to support. I recommend this business for anyone who wants a business that will stand by their customer service.

I just wanted to say that when my sister and I came to Computer Doctors all the staff that help us were great. We first was greeted by Jason who was great. He made sure that all of question were answered and he walked us to the deals around the store. Next we were assisted by Melvin who was the rep for the Samsung products which was really helpful and showing us the better deals to save us money. Then last but not least Jason closed the deal for us. They not only price match and we saved a lot of money. We will definitely go back to Computer Doctors. Thank you Jason and Melvin.

Computer doctors are a lot of help! Whenever I have messed up my laptop, ipad, or smartphone I go straight to the Computer Doctors, they always love to help, and at a reasonable price as well. If anyone were to ask me where they could get one of their electronic devices fixed I would recommend this place. Also they dont only fix devices they sell them as well in perfect condition. If you are looking for a new device, or get one of your devices fixed go to the Computer Doctors!

I had bought a laptop from there several months ago. My lap top stopped working and I wanted to take it there to see what the issue was. They told me that my lap top is still under warranty and nothing to worry about. They will fix it or they will give me a new lap top. Next day, I got phone call from tech Joseph, saying that my laptop is fixed and ready to be picked up. They didnt charge me anything . What a great customer service. Thank you for Excellent Service!!!!!

had remembered this place in the strip mall by Stater Bros. My home computer just died, I took it in and he hooked up and everything started for him. I thought maybe was monitor I purchased a used one, and he also gave me new power supply. I took it home hooked up power supply everything work, he took back the monitor and would not let me pay for anything. Will definitely give them my business. He also has some great deals right now on all in ones and a chrome book.

These guys are the best!! Very friendly and quick. They fixed my broken iPhone screen, in 10 mins, very reasonable, friendly and knowledgeable. I went to Staples to have them fix my computer, they had it for two days to tell me they werent able to fix it. I took my computer to Computer Doctors they fixed it in 25 mins. They also have the cheapest prices on IMAC computers, they gave me over $5,000.00 worth of software for free. Love these guys!!

This is a great place to get your computer fixed. Believe me, youll save twice as much here instead of going to Best Buy Geek Squad. I used to go to their old location by STATER BROS, now the new location is closer to me. You dont pay until you pick up. They always find the issue and the solutions of your computer problems. They also fix All Android phones and tablets, IPhones and IPad broken glass.
