This shop looked at my computer a second time for a similar issue that I had taken to them previously, but when I returned it was beyond their 30 day warranty, and to my dismay I thought I would need to pay them again for the diagnostic fee of $45 plus services rendered. They totally surprised me and waived both the fee and labor, resolved the issue at no costs to me. I believe I was about 10 days or so over their warranty. They demonstrated customer service and I truly appreciated what they did for me. They definitely have me as a permanent customer now and will refer my friends and family to them for their professionalism, know their craft, and customer service.

I was unable to access the internet, after going to another location, who incorrectly diagnosed the problem as the graphics card, and couldnt get a signal on his monitor, I went to Advanced Computing who quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently as well as a few speed enhancements. What I like about this business is they have an actual storefront location with set hours, not a garage or home. They can be reached during their posted business hours. They are professional, friendly, efficient and obviously knowledgeable, at a reasonable hourly rate. Highly recommended.

ACR, This company is absolutely: courteous, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and most importantly (IMO) honest. I have brought gaming devices, computers (laptops and desktops), cell phones, you name it. All repaired and brought back to life. Brought in an old computer with DDR2 and they were honest about the cost effectiveness of the repair---I respect that ! (I knew it before coming in) I work in IT, I have to fix computers for a living and dont want to work on them at home. Support businesses like these. Excellent company and service.

After dropping my laptop off the bed, I went today to have it fixed. Not only did Adam realize instantly that my laptop was fine and that it was actually the charging cable that was broken; but he also was honest and never tried to charge me. I left with a working laptop, diagnosis free of charge, but more importantly I have found a trust worthy computer repair shop that I will use for years to come. Thank you ACR!

I went in for a ps4 disk reader repair. The problem was resolved but it took twice as long as estimated due to a faulty replacement part. Dont know if the parts are new or used from other systems due to that. Im still debating weather to take more devices or not. The price was reasonable and the extra time spent on the device wasnt billed to me. Its been about a week and my device works well still.

Bad service, excessive charge, and dont fix the problems with the real pay service... I pay for REBALLING and only REFLOWED the BGA, and damage the programation or change the HDD, now I have several problems with the customer for this irresponsibility...!!!

Great. Told them of my XBOX problem and they knew exactly what it was. Fixed it in one day and had my kids and I back in action. They even fixed an additional problem without raising my original quoted price. Would easily go back again.

ACR is saving our family so much money fixing our sons Wii u Gamepad since the screen got cracked . Now we dont have to buy a new Wii u or spend a lot on a used one on Amazon.Its a lot cheaper to have ACR repair it.

Brought in my ps3 fat 60 GB. They were able to fix a broken disc drive within a couple hours. Great quick service. Reasonably priced. :)
