So I had a couple simple problems that I needed help with, along with a couple more complex ones and Accent was able to help me out with all of it. The best part about the whole thing was that they actually helped and fixed all of my problems without excessive wait time or delay. The customer support rep that I spoke to was very helpful and answered all of my questions immediately - you could tell he knew what he was talking about and it was very refreshing to see. He also made himself very approachable...Not only would I not have a problem with using Accent in the future, I just dont see any other way to do it!
