My computer was taken into this business hoping to replace just my keyboard and track pad for my MacBook. Well, for starters I was without my computer for about 2.5 weeks. I had to call a few times to check the status on it- as I really needed it for school and work. Once he replaced the parts, I was informed there may be something wrong with my hard drive. I knew that couldnt be right because my computer was working fine when I dropped it off there. I refused to let him take my computer apart and replace something I KNEW was not broken. So, I called him and let him know I highly doubt there was anything wrong with the hard drive. Then he mentioned it may just need to be encryption? of OS. So, I let him do that. And what do you know, it worked and the hard drive is perfectly fine. So he would have charged me another chunk of money for no reason if I had let him replace my hard drive (which I knew for a FACT that there was nothing wrong with it). Two last issues with this business. The first one is he was not upfront about the charges to repair my Macbook keyboard and track pad. The price just kept going up. The other issue is now that I have it back my battery life is horrible. I used to be able to be working on my MacBook (not sleep mode, actually working on it without it being plugged in) for at least 3hours before the battery needed to be charged. I can be wrong, but I am thinking he may have switched my battery ( I have heard stories about that happening to people at different locations). I have had this computer for almost 2 years and I know how long I can be on it with out being stuck to a wall well working. The thing I can say is that the parts I orginally took it in for are fixed and it is working so much better (besides battery life and the fact I lost over 1,000 pictures of my sons first year because he was supposed to save them before he reset it, but never did. Hopefully, I can get them back through icloud. My advice: Please ask the exact price of the parts and labor before taking it in and try to get a time frame when you can expect it to be done. Also, please know your computers battery life, and dont let him tell you there may be something wrong with it (well unless there is something wrong that you have already noticed) before taking it in. I think we all know our computers and how they work and what acts up. I just feel they try to make as much money off of you, for things that arent even neccessary. I will not be taking it back to this business if I do have another issue. 2.5 weeks is just way to long to replace the keyboard and trackpad. Escpecially, when you have all your Microsoft Office stored on there with important info for work and school.

I brought my PC in late on a Saturday afternoon, to have it looked at because it wouldnt power up. Brian helped me and called me back Monday morning to discuss his findings. I appreciated the straightforward recommendation to fix the problem (in this case, the power supply unit or PSU). Plus they went ahead and cleaned 7 years worth of accumulated dust inside the casing, and now the cooling fan is running significantly quieter than it was before. The pricing was fair and very reasonable. They also gave me a discount on the labor to do the cleaning since they were opening up the case to fix the power supply unit as well, which I appreciated. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and would definitely go back to Rancho Computers to have my PC or laptops worked on in the future.

Abdul and his team are the best! We have tried other I.T. companies, but it seems they only wanted the "contract" and then the representitive would disappear. But Abdual is only, literally a phone call away, he always answers our phone calls or texts. We were having problems with solicitors at our office, and it seems they were getting very aggressive when told they were not allowed to come into our office. So we had Abdul and his team install cameras in and outside of our office, which can be seen via my cell phone when I am not in the office, they did an awesome job. I highly recommend Rancho Computers IT Services & Computer Repair for any and all I.T. issues. His honestly and business ethics are to be admired.

Abdul is the most knowledgeable and smart technical person I have had the pleasure to meet. He is fast and neat, he never leaves an area littered. His customer service is amazing. He contacts me frequently to see if everything he has installed is still fuctioning as it should. He comes to my home and will do work with me on TeamViewer if needed. The owner Education, Knowledge and IT experience provides him with the ability to repair, rebuild and resolve computer problems. This is a customer driven store. They are Reliable, Respectful and very honest. I am very please with his service and will recomend his computer store to my friends and family.

I generally do not write reviews however their service was so exceptional I figured it was the least I could do. I needed my laptop repaired quickly since I use it frequently for school purposes. Dropped off my laptop and had it back a few days later. Thank you for the great service.
