HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE: THEY NEVER ORDERED MY BRIDESMAID DRESSES! DIDNT REALIZE THEIR "MISTAKE" UNTIL 2 WEEKS BEFORE MY WEDDING. Yes, never ordered! How does that even happen?! They tried to put the blame on the designer saying that they probably wont be doing business with Watters & Watters anymore... However, my thoughts are: The designers and you are a combined business. What they do, reflects on you!! Secondly, this means that every time I called to check on the status of my dresses, NO ONE EVER BOTHERED TO ACTUALLY VERIFY THAT THEY WERE COMING IN! Continuously, they said that "the dresses were on their way" But no one ever bothered to check with the designer?!!! I was in tears after that phone call. This is an unprofessional "business" with fluctuating and inconsistent business hours. And by the way, the name boutique... far from it. My closet is probably bigger than this hole in the wall. Expect bad customer service and a condescending attitude from these people... Except for your first visit... Yes, they will be really nice before they take your money. Facts: *We came in on February with more than enough time to order dresses for my wedding in July. *They lost my phone number and had to call my bridesmaids to get it. *Initially, they ordered the wrong dress for my maid of honor. *They had the bridesmaid dresses and payments mixed up. *They never actually checked on the status of ANY of the 6 bridesmaid dresses

If you are looking for customer service...go somewhere else! This place doesnt have it! So, I am just a bridesmaid in my future-sister-in-laws wedding...so not being a bride might have an impact on the service I have received. I am not sure even where to begin...We were asked by the bride to have our measurements into Christine by the end of January with payment. It took several calls to even get my measurements in - and that was with leaving messages! Now it is beginning of March, and we JUST heard from Christine regarding our order. She stated that the order was placed, sent the credit card authorization form, and emailed us a copy of our receipt. AND I cant begin to tell you how WRONG the order was! I have now emailed and called her, but havent heard anything in 24 hours. I havent sent in the credit card form, so at least Im not out money. My main concern is for the bride. She doesnt need extra stress at this point! AND if the wrong size was ordered, then all dresses have to be reordered to be in the same dye lot...WHAT A MESS!!! Now ordering flower girl dresses...the owner will not call back...her associates dont know what is going on...there arent kind words to express how upsetting this whole experience has been for me.

Epiphany Boutique is the best choice for bridal boutiques. Christine, the owner, is wonderful, easy going and most importantly HELPFUL! She knows what shes talking about (expert) and she does her own alterations - FOR FREE!! She will also make a custom veil. When they say "one stop bridal boutique," Epiphany means it! I was nervous about shopping for my wedding dress after hearing stories of stingy bridal shops. But the moment I stepped into Epiphany, all those fears disappeared. She made me feel special even though my budget was small. No appointments are required. Super fun, super cute boutique with a wonderful atmosphere and selection. Best choice, hands down.
