I was so glad that I found Samila Bridal. After trying on wedding dresses from multiple stores, and still had not found the one I love, I was going to give in one of the dresses that I like but not really love because alot of them I might need to rush order even though the wedding day is in 5 months. Then I decided to call Samila and see if they can fit me in for trying dresses on the same day. They were flexible and fit me in 30 mins before they closed. I didnt come in with high hope. However, walking into the store, everyone was friendly and Yasmin greeted me and start helping me. She was the lead stylist. She sat down with me and asked what I like. Based on the Q &A, she picked out dresses for me to try. The last dress I put on and fell in love with it!!! Yasmin not just picked out the dress for me and she also designed the dress. I didnt order it right away, and they were not pushy at all. She told me to sleep on it and come back to try again if I like. She gave me a good timeline so I can take my time to decide and no need to pay extra for a rush order. I really appreciate Yasmin and her staffs help. I am very excited about the dress and couldnt wait to wear the dress on my wedding day!!! :)

My experience was absolutely terrible. I felt like I was being looked down on, that I was rushed, the employees were pushy and snobby as well. Before I even tried on my dresses the gal helping me told me that she thought it may be good interest to come back with my parents before purchase obviously insinuating that I would not be able to afford their grossly expensive dresses. I work 2 jobs and dont need mommy and daddy to purchase my prom dress. To make matters worse the gal helping me in the dressing room was rushing me and my friend I was shopping with informed me that she rolled her eyes multiple times while apparently my time in the room was taking up too much of her precious hours. I felt like I was unable to look at myself in the mirror to check out the dress without the employees making me feel like this was an inconvenience to them. I have never outwardly taken the time to write a bad review for an establishment but this boutique was horrendous and I will never give them my business. Ever. And I suggest you do the same unless they miraculously give their staff a new attitude and start treating their customers with value, which is highly unlikely. If I could give no or negative stars I would.

I found my perfect wedding gown at Samila Bridal and am happy with their services! The staff members at Samila Bridal were fantastic, friendly, supportive and helpful. Yasmin is very professional, knowledgeable in the industry and answered all my questions. They explained the process very well and for the most part, I knew what to expect. My gown took about 6 months to make and when it arrived, they called and I came in for my fitting. It fit well however, the sleeves were a bit loose and kept falling off my shoulders. I came in another time and they fitted my shoulders better but had to thin the straps a bit which was not a big deal but it did change the dress slightly. I also needed to get the gown bustled for the reception. It would have been nice to have alterations, bustle and petticoat included in the total cost as each of those were additional costs that I wasnt aware of and it definitely adds up for your budget. Or maybe they could have offered a discount for me since I did all those additional items, like a package deal or something. Overall, they did a great job and I highly recommend them!

This wasnt my first time visiting Samilas. I had worked with them years back for prom/high school dance dresses, those were always great. So this time around, my mom really wanted me to see Samilas wedding shop. This wasnt yet around when I was in high school. The selection was amazing and some of the most gorgeous dresses I saw were still within my price range (which is a very average range). Samilas was my second wedding gown appointment. I had visited Nordstroms Bridal Suite the day before and all of the dresses were much too expensive for the quality compared to what I saw at Samilas. Similar quality but not the high end designer name. In conclusion, I said yes to the dress at this appointment! I found exactly what I was looking for. The ladies were extremely helpful and picked out perfect dresses for me after going over my vision. They did a great job and Im SO happy with my dress. Cant wait to get it =] My only reservation about a 5 star review here was that it felt a little rushed at the end when another appointment was started while mine was still in process. I would still definitely recommend Samilas!

Should have listened to my gut...When I examined the $450 dress our daughter had picked out, I noticed that it looked like it had been stepped on, the bodice separated and sloppily repaired. When I shared my observations and asked if we could order one of the same dress, the salesperson curtly replied, "All our dresses are perfect and one of a kind. We cannot order another one." Well, I am multiple hours into fixing this "perfect" dress. Fortunately, I did not let the store handle alterations since if they had the dress would have been so tight it would have likely been irreparably harmed since it actually required NO taking in at all once we got it home. I have spent considerably less on dresses from well known vendors and had them be of higher quality and craftsmanship. Im disappointed in myself that I allowed myself to bamboozled by the refection of the sequins in my daughters eyes. Samila is selling low quality, high priced dresses. I say dont wait until the last minute and shop online, factory outlets, Nordstrom Rack, or have a dress made - all will result in higher quality at a lower price.

WOW! Amazing. I feel like I have been to every dress shop under the sun & no one compared. They have a huge selection of gorgeous designer dresses that arent ridiculously priced. But most of all- THE SERVICE WAS INCREDIBLE. As much as I changed my mind on what I wanted, Yasmine was so patient, helpful & genuine. She listened to every indecisive thought I had, & being so knowledgable was able to offer great advice on what dresses would give me the look I wanted. Bottom line, she was honest which was so great. She was willing to go out of her way to cater to even just ideas of what I wanted. Even after I had made a decision on my dress she had another dress shipped to the store, JUST so I wouldnt have to wonder about the other option I was thinking- I mean who does that?! Everyone else that worked there was just as helpful & just had such a great attitude. At the end of the experience I just wanted to hangout with them all! I could go on forever on all the great things I could say about Samila so to sum it up- Gorgeous dresses, Incredible prices, & most of all- amazing people.
