I have always loved the service at Bel Air in Cameron Park. They are still very conscientious about helping out with taking the groceries to the car. Unfortunately, where the new ear pieces may help out in managing the store, it felt very rude to have someone distracted from the conversation they were having with me and having to ask for repetition regarding my requests at the checkout stand. This happened to the checker and the bagger.

Beautiful Porterhouse steaks that were mostly grissle! The meat department has become the bastard child of the store. Used to be a whole isle and now, more Asian or Mexican food space than meat. Where have all the butchers gone? Nugget meat is much better.

I have been going to Bel Air in Cameron Park for 26 years. The clerks are always friendly and helpful. I especially love their produce. It always seems to be fresh and the presentation is always clean and neat.
