Took a trip to Napa valley for a long weekend. Rented a Volagi bike for two days from Brad at Calistoga Bikeshop. I made the reservation online and gave them all of my measurements. When I got there, the bike was all set up and ready to go. It took about 5 minutes from walking in until I was walking out with the bike. The carbon Volagi (Ultegra) bike was comfortable and steady. I was able to get a 35 mile ride from Calistoga up to Angwin in the hills on the first day, and then a 45 miler in the valley on the second. Returning the bike took about 3 minutes. Great company, great products, great service.

Absolute rockstars. Email them 3 measurements, get a magic Cervelo to ride, prefitted to my body, ready to roll. And while some bike shops do that, Ive never come across a more service oriented operation. I was unable to get to the shop before closing and was mid-dinner in Yountville when the manager? owner? himself drove my rental bike down to me and delivered it to us AT DINNER, well past shop closing. That allowed me to clock 25+ miles early the next morning. WHAT AN AWESOME SET OF FOLKS! I LOVE THIS SHOP! WILL RENT AGAIN FROM THESE GUYS ANYTIME! 6 stars out of 5. Thank you Calistoga Bike Shop.

Self-guided bike tour was fantastic. Given a good map and good instructions on routes. The wineries we visited were all nice and casual. Having already paid for the tour we never felt any obligation to purchase wine (although most of the wines were nice, nothing really impressed us enough to match the price - though it would have been easy as it would be picked up for us by the bike shop) - overall a wonderful way to spend the day!

Great service with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have purchased two bikes from this shop and Brad and his crew keep them up and running for me. I highly recommend to those passing through looking for a trusty steed for your wine tours and to locals with a passion for cycling. The other day I bent my rear derailleur while out for a long ride. I stopped in the shop and Brad had me back on the road in no time. Thanks CBS.

Greg and the guys were cordial and personable. Helped us plan our trip, asked if we wanted to go to big or small wineries, pointed out scenic roads and some wineries off the beaten trail. We left with a map all marked up. Affordable prices. Very warm and welcoming. Would go again even if it wasnt the only game in town. Call early to get a tandem bike.

This is a great local bikeshop that can handle most any repair. It is sometimes a bit of a wait with the bike-rental folks streaming through, but not too bad. They have a great selection of bikes and gear if even a bit limited by their size and location. Prices are fair and the owner is around most of the time so service stays focused on the customer.

Best bike shop ever. Anywhere. We are from NY, bikers for 25 years. Great selection of high quality. The owner had tremendous patience to walk us through an electronic Garmin device that would have been way beyond our pay grade. Highest praise possible. Open a NY branch please. Mary and David Boies

Great service for rentals. Ive visited the area several times and have taken day rentals on road bikes. The guys are always helpful and friendly, and each time they have done a great job making sure that the bike is properly fitted before you head out. They also offer bike/wine tours which look like fun.

Brad Suhr, runs a fantastic bike shop with unparrelled level of customer service! We traveled across the US from Annapolis,MD and had our bikes shipped for the Bottega Gran Fondo and he kept us up to date on arrival, had them prepped, upgraded my cassette, and even added a Garmin. Great service !

My bike was squeaking and so noisy while visiting Calistoga. I stopped in and Marshall knew what it was - bearings were dry - so he fixed it up for a very fair price while we did a little shopping on main street and had me back in the saddle in about an hour!

I drove out to Calistoga for a ride up Pine Flat and I forgot to charge me Di2 battery. They hooked me up with a battery and a spare tube. They were super helpful and gave my friends and I some great route advice. Id definitely go back to that shop.

I blew a derailleur cable half way through my ride and the guys fixed me up straight away and managed to save my shifter too. Fix cost was good value. Awesome store, sweet bikes and stellar, friendly service. Highly recommended.

Very good shop and great variety of rental bikes. We rented Cannondales for 1 day and made Franz valley loop that was suggested by staff. An excellent loop, good quality bikes and perfect service.

The staff is the best in the area. The prices are higher than retail but Marshal does a great job working on the bikes. 100% confidence in his work.
