My experience was awful with the Owner Peter Kim. I have purchased hair for approximately one year at this place and on 1/5/13 I tried a different brand of hair. less than three weeks later the human hair was poor , shedding and couldnt sustain any style other than a hot mess. I return to request to be given more hair and the owner (poor customer service) response was prove its the hair. WHAT!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS! I presented my receipt and the hair in adition to the fact that the same person does my hair each time, it has to be the hair. His response as he rudely walked away is there is nothing I can do. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Next complaint to the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs and my CREDIT CARD COMPANY!

Terrible service! Walked around the store for over 15 minutes, looking at wigs. Asked for help and was simply pointed in the direction as a man, and 2 woman that worked there stood behind the counter. Would never spend my money in this place.

Items are cheap, poor quality and overpriced for what theyre worth compared to other stores. The people behind the counter are not very friendly. The guy who opened the store was rude and not helpful. I will not be returning.
