Friendly staff supportive of the local public. Morally and ethically sound with the monetary proceeds. They usually have a good selection of books, womens clothing, cookware, jewelry. Prices arent bad. Quality is about regular for second hand. A meager selection of mens clothing and odds and ends compared to other second hand stores in Arcata is why I gave three stars.

I support the mission of Hospice. However, I do not support their pricing structure. Its a thrift store, not a museum. Sticking price tags on the bottom of dollar store items from China, to hide their origin (or inferring that they are collectible), isnt very ethical.

One of the nicest thrift shops in the area. Very small, but only sells quality items. The shop is exceptionally clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly. Expect to find furniture, clothing, books, and household goods. Convenient location near the plaza.
