If I could do a negative 10 star id click it. Worst customer service by Jazmin. Im traveling from Oregon and she was useless help at the customer service desk leaving me standing like an idiot. All I needed was to pick up money from western union and all she kept saying is the computer did not like her and that maybe itll work if she restarts it. She restarted it I came back and shes like my coworker isnt back yet I dont know where shes at. So I waited there yet again and she starts attending others! I ask her to check it again which she should have done on her own without me asking! And she says the computer just doesnt like her?

Kmart on 18th , Antioch CA has 2 filing cabinets, the price on the shelves by them say 29.99 and 39.99, but they tried to charge me 69.99, then they have a stack of 4 drawer chest with a sale sign on them saying 38.49 from 59,99, get to the register and they charge the 59.99 and say the sign is for 5 drawer chest, which they dont stock..so why is it on the stack of 4 drawer, so the manager says shell take off 10%, that is still $15 higher than the sign. This store is constantly trying to bait and switch

Bad return policy. prefer Walmart than k Mart . Somebody name Dora In customer service. I purchased item a while afew months ago. And never used . After waiting in line for 20 minutes employee called manager named Dora . She is like we dont take return if no receipt so she was not sure how to look in the system. . Very bad customer service. I prefer Target and Walmart . I will never buy anything from k Mart .

This place is dirty and uninviting. As we walked in, there was a pile of puke right inside the doors. Poor selection and even worse quality items for sale there. The only redeeming quality was some of the people that work there, they were friendly and helpful.

Located just off freeway. There never seems to be anyone shopping but there is always a very slow checkout line. Same employees have been there for years. The departments are always cluttered & over flowing.

Always love Kmart good deals always a sale love buy one get 1 for 1$ on the shoes they have that deal often also love the protection plans they offer come on handy ...never to crowded only on holidays
