Eigentlich finde ich Hollister und Abercrombie richtig gut, aber dieses Outlet ist einfach nur nuschig. Da helfen auch die zusätzlichen Prozente nichts, wenn viele Sachen einfach nur zu Kleiderhaufen aufgeschüttet sind.

Very poor customer service. Katrina, one of the manager in training yelled us for asking siccors or knife to cut the thread of the coat. I wish she would refuse politely. She was terribly rude and her tone was so so terrible!
