I was there three weeks ago..I get a miss me jeans.I was paid and everything they forgot to remove the security plastic..I noticed right away..and I told them...but the manager was so rude to me..and dont know her name...but shes a light brown color...curly hair..5.4..and around 140 pounds....and wants me to show to them the receipt..and of course I have the receipt with me..I just paid 3 minutes ago...she make me feel so bad...honestly I will never back there....bad experience for me

Pretty disappointed in Tillys recently. The staff is very rude and not friendly at all. Half the time i go in they dont even greet me. Ive heard a lot of things about the manager being rude, a younger teenage girl with blonde/brown hair was VERY rude and tried to act like she had such a hard job, and a girl with facial piercings, brown curly hair was very rude to me my last experience. Theyre working retail they need to learn to be friendly or they will continue to lose sales.
