Im an avid bookstore fan. Not so much with chain bookstores because they usually do not carry different books in different stores for an adventure among the titles. I have, though, a great amount of favorite books Ive found only at B&N. I come here for books that I specifically want and using their online store availability is so helpful. Its a hit or miss with smaller bookstores so they have a one up with that. Additionally, they have a pretty good range of vinyl, cds and dvds. At most stores, there are modern vinyls but B&N have some older records on reissued vinyl so I love that I know Im buying old albums on new repressed vinyl since I have higher hope that there wont be a surprise (scratching, skipping, etc.). I usually dont ask for help in B&N becauseIm usually browsing but during checkout their staff is very nice and speedy. Overall, I enjoy this B&N and will be here for a specific book or some new cds, dvds, and records.

A bookstore is not just about price. It is about discovery and community. Yes stuff is cheaper online, but you will not get the discovery of picking up a new book, of sharing one you love with a stranger, of asking a worker whats great for your 12 year old boy, of browsing all the other things besides books. I shop here and order from here because I love it, and because shopping online has closed all the other bookstores. I come here on a Friday for a cannoli and a new book. It is our time. This store is a gem. There are many more things that are more important than the bottom line. That being said, their membership gives you a discount on everything, and their clearance area is deep and wide. Shop here. ;)

Great selection of books, collectibles, DVDs, and more! Unless an item is on sale, do not expect great prices. A Blu-ray that sells for $19.99 elsewhere is $39.99 here. Aside from this downside, if youre looking for obscure titles, they have a decent selection and can order if the title is unavailable in store. The prices can vary widely, and some are more reasonable than others. Unfortunately, they do not price match, so what you see is what you pay (but as a member you will save 10 percent). Despite these annoyances, it is a fun little trip to take if you want to escape and check out things you may not see at other stores.

I hate calling them!! I called them and they put me on hold I was on hold for 20 minutes until I hung up for the third time! They also NEVER have the books I want but Im forced to shop there since there are no other book stores in the area! I also HATE how rude the employees are someone girl was helping me and another employee asked them to do something so they left for like 10 minutes then came back and finished helping me and they always tell me not to sit on the floor when Im trying to find something on the bottom shelf they font deserve the one star I gave them!

We need more brick-and-mortar book stores. I hope that this Barnes & Noble stays here. They have already cut their hours from 11pm to 10pm which is unfortunate, since this is a very good study place for many students in this area. They could try to host more fundraising events and advertising to boost their revenue. Just an idea, but this might make them extend their hours again until later into the night.

Rude customer service. Was told not to sit on the ground due to a policy they are now enforcing due to some people tripping. Hmmmm.. If they are going to place books at the very bottom of a bookshelf (about 2 inches off the ground) how do they expect people to browse? Store is also not very well stocked. Two books have been unavailable and I had to drive to San Jose to purchase them...

This store is great!! I go there a lot and buy loads of books..However when I went today I was a little uncomfortable by two male customers who were arguing in line cause one had said open another register..It was ridiculous and they kept it up into the parking lot life is to precious to get all worked up over that...

Good collection of books. Also a good place to study. It has a sitting area (at the cafe) with tables and Free wifi. Unfortunately, if you intend to use your laptop, your stay will be limited by your battery life since theres no power sockets to plug it. The Barnes and Noble cafe serves Starbucks coffee

I went there today to buy some test prep books and was expecting to get them for the price online, but no I went in and they were 50% more expensive and the clerk was being rude to me ever since I asked for the price check which other Barnes and Nobles have done. Ruined my day, will not return.

New Pronoia Bliss

Cozy and comfortable, but crowded at times. Between lines in the store at Customer Service and the neverending phone calls sometimes its hard to get an answer to questions. The waits are worth it though. There is a great selection of novelties, stationery, books, and music.

We come here to hang out and check out their magazine and graphic norvels. I love "the walking dead" so Im a regular for that. Nice Funko POP toys selection with exclsive option from Barnes & Noble for $6.

The store is mis marked on the google map location shown. This Barnes & Noble store is actually in the Slatten Ranch Shopping Center just east of the Hwy 4 Bypass overpass on Lone Tree Way.

The store is fine but the pricing is pretty disappointing. They do not even match the price of the book from their own website which sucks.

This was an excellent bookstore, though better book prices can be found online. I suggest going only to find a new book, not buy one.
