Apparently not a kid friendly store. Weve been buying dog food and medicine here for years. We took our 18 month daughters here yesterday. Their favorite things in the world right now are dogs, cats, fish, and birds. They saw the goldfish tank with about 300 fish in it and started screaming with excitement. It wasnt crying screaming, it was happy screaming. The other shoppers thought it was hilarious. Unfortunately the sounds of childrens happiness on top of the squawking birds and barking dogs was too much for one employee. She was overheard making some extremely rude remarks about the toddlers to another employee by my brother in law. Apparently she has forgotten what happiness is. There is a smaller privately owned pet store here in town. While it is usually more expensive, its worth the extra money to patronize a store with employees that arent entitled little brats. I could make disparaging remarks about the appearance of the employee, but I wouldnt stoop to the same level as her.

I enrolled my dog and paid the $119 fee for training classes starting January 13 at 3pm. When I arrived with dog for class, no trainer was there , despite my having been there the day before to pay and confirm date and time. The same employee who enrolled my dog and took my payment was present and acted as though he had no idea class was to be held. Store manager was less than helpful, no explanation or apology , other than offering to let me speak to trainer on phone, presumably to reschedule. Having already wrangled my large untrained dog to store for nothing, I just wanted a refund. I am appalled at the incredibly poor service I received. Cant people do their jobs?

Never again will I shop at petsmart. Just because my dog is half breed does not mean you have to turn down my servise to give my dog a bath. Excuse excuse . The gromming department had no animals in there getting groomed. I guess you must have full breed before you get service. She had her shots and papers with her. Only give this place two stars because they only had what I was looking for.

Ever fish I have gotten from this place has died. I have used the advise from the employees, I have searched online for what is going on. Checked the water Ph and so on. When I told them what was going on again i get a "I dunno" response. I have decided it must not be me then. Will be getting fish from a local store from now on.

Love shopping at this store. They always try to help with ideas for when they dont have a product I want, an when they are out of the kind of dog food I need on the shelf, they check to make sure if they have any in the back, also they let me when its back in stock so I can stop by an pick some up.

This is the best place to go in town if you are looking for food or toys for your exotic animals. We have a ferret and a chinchilla and this is the only place that I will by their food from. Im always glad that their staff actually know about the animals that they sell and provide supplies for.

They didnt carry whole earth farms dog food. But other than that it was a clean and friendly place.
