The people who work here are so rude. We were trying to buy 3 fish for Me, My Sister and My Youngest Sister (Her birthday was coming up) and while we were trying to purchase them the girls who work there were telling us we needed to buy bigger tanks (which we planned on doing) then they continued to treat us like we were stupid. They asked for our ID which I was the on buying them but my other sister showed them hers and my friend (who wasnt buying one) didnt have her ID so they wouldnt let us get 3. when we told them it was for my sister they told us we were changing our story and we couldnt purchase it. (which is not true) so we felt really disrespected and called the manager who took the employees side because she has already been in there to tell a different story. The manager said she was doing it for the care of the fish, though if you go into their store you will notice half of their fish are dead floating around the small crammed tanks. I will never use PetSmart again.

My little shih tzu absolutely HATES this place. The first time that she went, her muzzle was bleeding because they had gotten to close to her skin. Nontheless, I still proceeded to take her there because I figured that maybe the first time was a fluke...I WAS TOTALLY WRONG!! The last time that she went, a lab puppy was getting groomed and they were bending the poor puppies legs back to clip the nails and telling him to "shutup!" This was very appalling to me and from that day on I refused to take my baby there! Also, she was there for 8 hours one day, in a kennel and no water! She was famished and thirsty when I picked her up...If you take your beloved pet to this groomer, I would suggest that you arrive early to pick your dog up and observe the way that they treat other animals...

The General manager, and senior Management have no people skills! I bought a dog dish set on Cyber Monday , and it was too tall for my dogs! I went to take it back, and after 15 minutes he said he will. I had the online recite in hand! Another time I bought a package Shampoo bundle, and one manger started taking the bundle apart and ringing everything up separate! The GM had to fix it! Then Mike at the store is very rude! It seems like the new employees are the nicest! This store needs training on customer service, and how to engage the customers! I have been going to this store for years. The prices are about 1/3 - 1/2 more expensive then like your Wal-Marts! One good thing about pet smart is the quality dog food they have, and coupons I get.

Wife and came to Conway AR store on Sunday Aug 7, 2017 at approximately 9.15 am. The store was open and we proceeded to shop for some items. We asked a female worked for assistance. After getting the items we needed, we went to the checkout counter. No one was there. No one in sight so I asked if anyone was working the checkout. The same lady who helped us earlier came from one aisle and said in a non professional manner "we arent open till 10:00am." Why didnt she tell us when she was helping us earlier. The times open is not posted except the grooming hours. A gentleman heard her and said I will check you out. He did in a very professional manner. Guess Petgo isnt that bad after all.

Personally I love petsmart but Ive recently bought guinea pigs from there and every time I purchase one they wound up passing away after not long of having them... Ive had three guinea pigs from there (all at different times) and it just keeps happening.. not sure if there guinea pigs are catching something or what but its really depressing! I recently went there to see if they had any Guinea pigs for adoption and the regular cage that there normally in had a rat in it and there was no guinea pigs at all! Not sure whats going on but I wont be purchasing anymore guinea pigs from them!

i love petsmart grooming ive been taking my dog there for 2 yrs ! the groomers are always so sweet ! i love how they have became under new management the new salon manager is very sweet but talented. my dogs have such a great time there! my dog is always thirsty when she comes home but thats because she wont drink out of any bowl but hers. i know on these previous post ive seen alot of neg comments. To me everyones diffrent an they take certain things diffrently i belive petsmart is the best plACE FOR MY DOG TO GET HIS HAIR CUT ! LOVE THAT PLACE !

I love the environment, but theres one particular employee that gives me a 15 minute speech about puppy training classes every time I go to the store... Its pretty annoying. The prices are a little high for my taste, but they do offer more of a variety than Wal-Mart. Im thinking about getting my pup a bully stick there today because Wal-Mart doesnt have any :( Hopefully its not more than $25...

The staff are very knowledgeable. They definitely show they care about your animal as much as you do! I take my dog to get his teeth brushed, hair cut, and groomed...the ladies were very nice and treated my dog like one of their own and always do a fantastic job. They are confident and willing to do what you ask. :) Good place to take your pet for anything they may need.

I had been waiting for some time to be checked out. I did not wish to give my phone number told the clerk that I just wanted to go home. The clerk argued with me abut giving my phone number. I told him to check me out or I would leave. He noticed that I was visibly upset and as I was leaving he made a very snide remark. I have choices in this town and will use them.

I took my rat terrier/border collie mix to PetSmart. Her hair was uneven, patches missed, and buzzed to the skin in multiple spots (chest, back of legs, neck) When it grew back, it looked even worse. The dog did seem upset, agitated and whined to leave. Was not satisfied at all, but didnt know who to complain to. Still looking for a good groomer in Conway. :(

Please check out this facility before you leave your animal!!! I went in to make an appointment and one of the groomers was yelling at and yanking a poor dog around by his collar. I wouldnt leave my child at a daycare that was verbally and physically abusive and my dog is part of my family. I bet yours is too.

I like it but often times I can find general items for a better price very close. Always a lot of dead/sick fish too. I like being able to bring my pet into the store. And the clearance section is awesome!! Either way they have larger selections for more types of animals than the other pet stores.

They always give Rocky, our Bearded Collie great treatment. He winters as a long haired dog, then emerges in the Spring with a cut coat, then in the summer with a shave. Always looks great, comes away happy.
