I visit Petco in Bryant very often. I take my two GSDs there twice a month to get their nails done. Megan in the grooming department is wonderful!! She is very passionate and cares about every dog that comes into the store. She takes excellent care of my two and they love her, which says a lot because they use to nervous when going there. She is very friendly and helpful. We hope she stays there for a while. Its very hard to find groomers that care like she does and does wonderful job. If you are looking for a place to take your dogs to be groomed, this is the place

Ive been in this Petco so many times and they are rude I went in and got a guinea pig I saw up for adoption and I asked if they have checked them for lice and mites they were like yes we check them when we get them in I said OK I bought her and went to the car to check her just to make sure well she DOES HAVE LICE AND APPARENTLY THEY DO NOT CHECK THEM WHEN THEY GET THEM BECAUSE SHE HAS ONLY BEEN HERE FOR A DAY OR SO she couldnt have gotten as much as she has in the amount of time she was there

Worst grooming service in history. Have taken our Yorkie to be groomed several times over the last year & suddenly today they cant find our grooming history? Uneducated groomers, rude staff & overcharges people. In fact they just lock the dogs in a room with other dogs that clearly have behavior issues & try to tell its customers their overbooked when they arent. We will not be returning they have a lot to learn if their going to stay afloat in the grooming & retail business.

Been in this store weekly. Will not spend another dime in store again. Have taking our dogs multiple times to be groomed and to have nails trimmed, painted and buffed. Was suppose to repaint nails because they did not have nail dryer spray. Very unprofessional staff and still charged us for it. They said they would repaint them. Had attitude when asked again. O well guess we will found another store to spend our 200$ a month at. Big box stores have lost touch with customers.

This is my personal favorite PetCo. Having lived in multiple nearby cities, Ive frequented a few surrounding PetCo stores, but none have been as satisfactory as this one. The staff has been exceedingly helpful on multiple occasions l, be it in regards to discounts/coupons, nutritional advice, etc. Ive also had my puppy groomed here, and they were timely, professional, and very personable. The only one I know who actually likes this store more than me is my dog.

The cashier that helped me on Saturday around noon time was extraordinary! By far the nicest person ive met since i arrived in little rock. Every business ive visite since ive arrived has treated me with dislike and disrespect. Making me think this is a comunity issue and not the store. Thank you to the cashier that helped me youre thr BEST!! I only needed cat littler but you made me feel my business/presence was wanted and appreciated. Thank you again!

Associates are very friendly but the store feels very cramped. If you take a bag of dog food and change your mind.....good luck getting it back on the shelf lol
