I dont often shop here, but I came by the other day with some friends to look at the reptiles. Two employees greeted us and began chatting with another woman who, from the sound of it, was also an employee in on her off day. She had her dog with her and was hardly paying it any attention. The dog found a guinea pig enclosure close to the floor and began SCRATCHING at the glass, and all the woman had to say was, "Ive never seen a dog that interested in a guinea pig!" She laughed it off and continued to let her dog scratch the glass enclosure (which could have easily been damaged) and terrorize the guinea pig inside. The employees continued chatting with her and said/did nothing to deter the dog. They stayed like that for quite some time, and the woman didnt even move farther into the main aisle so the dog wouldnt have anything to mess with. If the employees are oblivious on the subject of animal safety, I will never be shopping here.

The store employees are friendly and helpful but the grooming department is substandard. My wife and I brought our dogs for grooming and ordered the "Furminator" brushing since they were both shedding. When we picked them up it was obvious they had never been brushed. We spent 5 minutes brushing them afterwards and produced a garbage bag worth of hair. The employees were courteous but did shoddy work.

Terrible customer service on the grooming side. They tell you your appointment is at one time, but set it for a different time. When you ask them to update your profile with new information, they say they will but dont. Finally tried giving them a second chance after a year and still not satisfied. Very sad and frustrating.

While i love most of the staff especially Stephanie. She is wonderful with my dog, i was treated rudely and condescendingly by two of the other girls there. I spend alot of money at petsmart but will not return to this grooming salon while those individuals are employed there.

The new location is great, and Im glad the grooming staff is still the same. If you had a bad experience here before with the grooming, ask for Diana and give them another chance. Shes been great to us and does a wonderful job grooming our poodle!

The ladies in the grooming salon (specifically Cindy) did a great job on my dog! They were friendly, my dog seemed to be very comfortable with them, they were quick and the haircut looks great, all for a low price. I will definitely be back!

I shop here for my dogs, they always remember who I am and they always remember my dogs. The staff are really friendly and are very helpful when you need them. Never had a problem with this location great store!!!

Love the grooming dept. Tried the other Commercial store, not a good file down. Just wish they had more choices for big dogs. Choker Collars fade to stain his white chest.
