We took our jack Russel several times to them, each time they have gave us a different diagnoses. One time she had bad hips and one time there were something wrong with her muscles. Then the next minute she had a heart mumor. To me there a bunch of scam artist all they want you to do is spend more money more money. Then the Ultimate thing happen we took our other dog the boston terrier there. He had a big sore on his bottom and it was bleeding so we took him to the vet they allow walk-Ins they told us that the vet wasnt there yet but he would be there in about an hour, and told us to come back. We then came back and they told us that they were to busy for us. That we couldnt see the vet that day. If i Could give them a 0 rating then I would. It was the worst experience I have ever had in my life

You would think that the care given the pets in this PetSmart would be good. The store is relatively clean. The associates SEEM to know what they are doing. It is unbelievable and disgusting the way the animals are NOT cared for. Sick animals are locked away to wither and die rather than receive the treatment they need. to cure their illnesses. Poor little fuzzy gerbils, hamsters, guinea pigs lie in their stool too dehydrated to get to their fluids. Bird left in small cages with varying illnesses that go untreated. Their "Pet Care" is only a facade. Ask they associates to see the sick room, or the hospital tanks, or the arrival room. They wont allow it. At least you can know they couldnt care less about the ill animals. God forbid you be a sick hamster in that store.

We are first-time pet owners and went to the store to get the basics but we didnt really have much idea on what to get, what brand etc. We ran into an employee named Paulette and she was incredibly helpful and nice. She didnt mind one bit answering a ton of questions we had (most of them probably pretty stupid!), not only on what to get for our new dog but also on pet care and training. We were really impressed by her knowledge and willingness to help, and were so grateful when we left the store that day. Thats what I call customer service. Thanks Paulette!

i just adopted a toy spitz, not knowing much about the area or groomers here i brought my puppy to Pet Smart.. first of all, the lady argued with me when i told her how i wanted him cut. saying thats not how they cut pomeranians (which he is NOT, but they look similar) so after 4 hours and $60 later he came back washed, but not much of a cut. and when we got home he ran and hid.. now whenever we go back to petsmart to buy food or toys he cries the whole time.

You may have to track down an associate for assistance, but they are almost always friendly and happy to help. I frequent this store for fish supplies and they never fail to have what Im looking for. Great prices and much, much better quality fish than Petco. I also use the Banefield Pet Hospital for regular checkups and vaccinations on my dog. They are great about scheduling and being quick with service.

Se Vende Puerto Rico

Went to this store for a couple specific items. Had to look around in 4 different sections because of the way the store is laid out. Staff never said a word to us, even though we obviously had no idea where to go. Actually almost got run over by 2 larger guys who worked there running past me. They did not even excuse themselves, it was as if I was not even there. Not going back.

I took my dog to this groomers on yesterday 07/02/2016. I ask them NOT to cut his hair at all 3x. Please just shampoo, clean ears, and his private area. tell my why they trimmed his hair. Im so upset. Im calling on today for a refund. and they spelled his name wrong, when I told the young girl how to spell it 3x, its on his dog tag as well

My dog goes nuts and enjoys every trip to PetSmart. The employees are friendly and willing to help. The animals live in depressing habitats that are typically dirty and barren. They are also a bit pricier than the same options online.
