Well I will start with this is the third lawn mower that has been replaced with me ones not fixed. Now because its out of there 30 day return policy it has to be taken to a place to be fixed in Jacksonville which has a 3 week wait. So the grass I was cutting will be more out of hand. Also have paid for extra waranty which is worthless. The owner of the Conway AR store could have just made the call to return money so we could buy another mower from somewhere else. This is why Sears store are close all over the place. I will never use Sears in Conway again they suck
