My husband and I visited this location in Little Rock, AR, today, and were appalled at the way the employees treated us. We were stopped no less than three times by 3 different bored employees and the third time a separate employee actually made fun of the fact that we like to "browse hardware stores." When we left a group of idle people, including an older man who I assumed was the manager, accosted us as to why we didnt buy anything. I politely said we were looking, and that it was our first time in an ACE hardware store. I can assure you it will also be our last. Shame of those men for making customers feel bad for bothering to visit their store. Every other store in this area is manned by polite employees and its a very friendly neighborhood. I will be shopping elsewhere when I need hardware for my house. Please advise your employees to reconsider how they treat visitors to their stores in the future.

Every time I walk in someone is there asking me what I need help with. When I know what I need they always know right where it is and offer up the differences for comparable products. Always convenient, knowledgeable, and super friendly.
