This is the second time Home Depot has proven their position of simply brokering goods for profit, YET structured to avoid all accountability. AND to top it off, when you call them they are rude as ****! My retired mother, RN for decades in MN, had bad osteoporosis and recently was left to deal with multiple fractures in her spine, just from bending over! This happened just in time for Thanksgiving and Xmas. Lucky her, she also had her stove burn out, it actually caught fire. Ironically within 2-4 days her microwave quit working too. Kind of made sense as they were original to the Townhome she owns in Woodbury. Their life was up, just so happened to be that close. So she had me take her Home Depot card to there location and I bought a LG Microwave to take home immediately and ordered an LG stove that would be delivered in a 14-21 days schedule as its busy during holidays. It worked for 3 days and quit heating and the fan also wouldnt work. Since then HOME Depot has sent techs out 4 times and its been takin to their shop twice. Its now March, 9th and they just took it Again yesterday. Its been over 3 months with it documented that it hasnt worked the entirety of her owning it. Home Depot says to call LG and they say vice versa. Nobody wants to do anything and meanwhile shes bought and paid for something she cant use. I will never shop there again, nor anyone I tak

This store regularly displays some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Just this past weekend, I stopped by to look at bathroom medicine cabinets/mirrors. After finding something that looked decent, I couldnt find the shelf it was stored on, even though it had an easy to find bin number identify. After asking for help, from someone who proved to be nearly clueless, they said they were going to find someone from that specific department. I waited....and waited, for about 15 minutes when I finally hear a call over the stores intercom system - requesting someone from the department come and offer assistance. About 10 minutes later, two guys show up...both who dont even look my way and immediately start helping the same person. 2 Home Depot reps helping 1 customer. I finally found the bin and wheeled one of those moveable stair systems myself so I could reach it and bring it down. What a joke this store is.

I dont think Ive ever been here and not have to spend at least 15 minutes trying to track someone down to help me. I keep going because its close to home but I know better. Will be using Menards from now on, staff are so much friendlier and willing to help there. I always feel like Im inconveniencing everyone here- I have overheard several irritated discussions among employees about not having taken their breaks yet and they seem less than excited about being there. Have had a lot of issues getting assistance in the the cut to-size-department. Even making eye contact with employees can be impossible. I will say the staff checking people out are typically friendly, but thats about it.

My husband and I had a long day trying to find a truck to rent so we could pick up furniture and bring it to our place. After a long and horrible trip to Menards which is located closer than Home Depot, we left frustrated and never wanting to return. Upon which we drove to the Home Depot in Woodbury not only did we realize they have a WAY better deal than all other competitors but we were treated normally and the transaction was fast. We had a truck in our possesion within 5 minutes! Upon returning we filled the tank and the girl told us we did not need to. She was the friendliest cashier and she refunded us our 35 dollars for the filled tank! yay for good customer service!

I saw an advertisement on the shelf for a 2 pack on 18volt Makita lithium batterys for $69. There were single packs of batteries in its place. I asked about the two packs and they store employee grabbed all the single ones and threw them on another shelf saying those shouldnt be there. He looked it up and said sorry we dont have those any longer. I asked why is it still be advertised then. The employee got his manager and she said sorry we dont have those any longer. I asked well why is the advertisement still out for them? I got a response of sorry we dont have those any longer. Poor customer service. Maybe pull the advertisements when you no longer have them.

Online service was horrible. I placed an order and forgot to put in my street name. I take ownership for that part. However they did not have anywhere on the confirmation email to change my shipping address. After being on the phone for over 30 minutes they assured me it was taken care of. They would not give me a new confirmation email or anything to guarantee they changed it. Fast forward a week later UPS cant deliver because the shipping address is incomplete. It will be 2 weeks since I ordered it to finally get my order. Very frustrated and annoying since I tried to rectify the situation before it got passed on to UPS. I will never order online from them again.

This is closer to my house than Menards, but their staff is a joke. I end up answering my own questions by staring at the shelves before staff can, more often than not. At one point, I had to make some returns (because, of course, their unknowledgeable staff sold me the wrong stuff), and the woman at the customer service counter was giving me attitude, and threatening to not accept the returns due to the condition of the merchandise - which was the condition I bought it in! I now drive the extra few miles to Menards to do all of my shopping, their staff is 10 times more friendly and knowledgeable, and Ive NEVER had troubles with being sold the wrong stuff.

My wife was just in to Home Depot, Woodbury to match a paint color. The paint department was rude to her, telling her it was a bad color to match and that it would take over an hour. They were not friendly and also did not act like they appreciated us coming to them for our paint needs. July 16th at 530pm. So Im sending my wife to Sherwin-Williams off Eagle Creek Lane. Maybe they will appreciate the business.

Understaffed: one person is left to run the whole far side of the building regularly, and then middle management yells at employees on the floor for not being able to get everything done when they are running around trying to help everyone all by themselves. Lower level staff are very kind and do their best to help you find everything even if they dont have it in store, but management is terrible.

Awful customer service, employees just sitting around. Signs for the sheetrock were in the wrong place so ended up buying the wrong sizes. Majority of the carts were taken by random equipment setting all over them making it difficult to find a free one. Unclean isles, broken pieces of sheetrock and trim lying all over the place with the taken carts in the middle of the isles as well.

I never really had a problem here. Customer service was good when returning items or renting equipment. Sometimes, it can be hard to find an employee to show you what you are looking for. The trick is to ask one of the cashiers at the far side of the store if you cant find anyone else who is available. Thats the side I usually enter in anyway. Less people park on that side.
