Contractor Help desk appeared to understaffed at 4:30 p.m. today. I waited too long, in my opinion, to be directed to the screen door replacement spline area. So I left the Help Desk and I spotted a blue shirt passing by but he told me he already helping someone. I asked to be simply pointed in the right direction and he finally complied. This was an atypical experience in my many years of shopping at Menards.

If youre interested in gaining a full appreciation of the high quality shopping experience that Menards had to offer, stop here before you go to Walmart on a humid 90° day. No screaming crazy people, no mysterious odors indicating criminally negligent hygiene practices, etc. Five stars for having the bag of dog food I needed.

Gets a 1 because zero isnt a option. 3 months into a 2 week project and still cant seem to get my supplies to me. Alot of material i did recieve was damaged...scratched or bent. Last time i will be using them.

Really clean store with a lot in stock and helpful staff. I work in Red Wing but live near Rochester and I will get my stuff here on my way home before a 10 minute drive to Rochester.
