Ace Hardware in River Falls, WI, is the epitome of a small-town hardware store. Their level of knowledge about their products and services is outstanding. I am specifically reviewing their small-engine repair service. I could not ask for a more professional, thorough repair of the power washer and snowblower that I have brought there. Their technicians are outstanding, and the Assistant Manager, LeeAnn, is always cheerful, knowledgeable, and helpful (she has helped me at the service desk before when a technician wasnt on duty). Another of their employees, a young man named John, who isnt normally assigned to the service desk, went above and beyond in helping me understand what services had been performed on my snowblower. I would HIGHLY recommend River Falls Ace Hardware for any of your service or hardware needs.

One of my joys in life is going to the hardware store. I like to wander around and hunt for all of the things on my list. The River Falls Ace Hardware is one of the best hardware stores I have ever been to. There is always lot of help if you need to find some oddball bolt or part. The staff all have radios and will locate anything you need in seconds. The did expand some and now have more square feet of hardware. This location also has an excellent rental selection. I have rented many items from them over the years. Only reason they lost a star is for their pricing on some of their items is a little bit on the aggressive side. I dont expect them to be Menards cheap but they could try to at least price things a little bit more affordable.

Since moving to this area 8 years ago I have continued to be impressed and satisfied with the level of service, their patience with questions, and the commitment to standing behind their products. Ill continue to purchase any tools and small engine products I need from this store!

River Falls Ace Hardware provides excellent service and their rental program is solid too. Lots of different equipment at really reasonable rates. Prices are on the high side. They obviously know that people are willing to spend a little more for an item here or there instead of driving up to Hudson.

All I can say is I miss having a local hardware store in Hudson. When I cant find something in 2 stores that are 6 times bigger each than Ace in River Falls I am pretty confident a short trip to River Falls and the friendly staff at Ace Hardware will get me out of a bind. Thanks for being there.
