I ordered a table from this store in August and it was finally delivered in November. I got over the late delivery and was happy to have my new table. That is until I realized everything stains it! Everything stains this $1,600 Bermex table! The Cameron family that runs this store has refused to do anything about it. The table is defective and needs to be returned to the manufacturer. They did send a "technician" to my house finally who tried to clean the table but couldnt. The Camerons claim the table is not defective and told me to clean it with windex and ammonia. Nothing should stain a dining table, however, chicken noodle soup, crayon, pencil, etc has stained this table. When I first informed Tanner Cameron at Salt Creek Furniture about the table staining I was told that something might be wrong with it as I should be able to clean it with warm water. Tanner claimed he would help me out, but has sent me to other family members since. Yes this company is family owned and operated and that is not a good thing. Now I am being told by Ryan Cameron at Salt Creek Furniture to use windex and ammonia. However, the technician that was sent to my house to check the table couldnt even get it to wipe clean. So if he couldnt get it clean how do they expect me to get the stains out. If you like being given the run around be sure to buy furniture at Salt Creek Home Furniture in Tempe. By the way when I told Ryan at Salt Creek that I was going to post a bad review he told me to be aware that they would defend themselves through their attorney against any postings that they considered to be slanderous. Not only has this family owned company refused to fix this defective product, but they have also attempted to scare me into not taking action.

I have been going to Salt Creek Home and Office for the last 5 years every time I need furniture. They have a great variety of styles and quality to offer and the service has always been top notch. This is a family owned business ; not the big box, follow you around the store, next salesperson up, let me introduce you to my manager furniture shopping experience. The person you work with in the decision making process, is the same person you pay... Unlike other furniture stores where they turn you over to the accounting counter to pay and the accounting people bash the sales people out loud. My furniture always arrives as promised, and has always been in perfect condition. I know when you are excited to get your new Furniture it is easy to get excited and "hear" the earliest possible date, but with a little patience and realization that quality takes time, you end up with the amazing piece you hand picked. Salt Creek Home and Office is my go to furniture store and will continue to be!

We recently purchased a Jonathan Lewis sectional at Salt Creek Home. We had first seen the one we wanted in a Gilbert furniture store but wanted to shop around for price. When I called Salt Creek, the owner got on the phone to talk with me. He sent me to the Tempe store, told me who to ask for, and gave me a great price- 30% less for the same sofa!!! Recently the sofa was delivered. There was a flaw in one of the wooden legs. They quickly arranged to replace it. We are so pleased with the quality of the furniture and the customer service, delivery people, etc. I will definitely shop there again. Feels like a local store, rather than a box store.

We have been searching for furniture to furnish a number of rental units around the valley. We stopped here at 5:45 on Tuesday night after shopping a couple of other nearby furniture stores. 5 feet in the door we were greeted by an extremely rude salesperson who informed us that they would be closing early because they are going to a staff party, and we should come back another time. I really didnt mind the fact that they were closing early, but the attitude and the way he went about it really rubbed me the wrong way. There are more professional places to shop, we wont be back.

My whole experience was great from the time of purchase to delivery. Jamie gave me a better discount than the current promotion due to the fact it would be running a couple days later. Tanner worked with my schedule and got me a weekend delivery. The two delivery men arrived earlier than scheduled and were very efficient. I am so happy with my new bedroom set. It is very good quality, solid wood furniture.

Spent thousands there. Got a lot of good furniture, and one really bad chair. They did not stand behind the chair, even though they claim they had. I will never purchase anything from them again. To me, they are like used car salesmen. In the case of the chair; "beauty WAS just skin deep". Im not only out the cost of the chair, but the money I spent on a decent replacement.
