So my fiance and I have been searching for a new couch. The one we have is way too large for our space. We went to four furniture stores, all big named, on the west side and were taking pictures and comparing couches, that were still, too big for the space. The ones we liked were too hard or way too soft, (beginning to sound like a familiar story, isnt it???). Eeneyhoo, while eastbound on Elliot, to check out yet, another big named store, I spotted this sign for the Phoenix Furniture Outlet. A quick u-turn later, we were in the lot. As we walked in, the show room seemed rather small, however, they had a nice amount of inventory. We were greeted immediately and advised of the 25% off sale with the little green stickers. The employee fell back and let us do our thing. We were able to walk around without feeling crowded by furniture or by sales people. The couches seemed to be for medium to smaller spaces. As the houses in the outskirts of Phoenix are big with "great" rooms and open floor plans, our house is a small historical home that doesnt afford the room for the mammoth furniture that, it seems, is in such high demand. We found the couch we both really liked, it was "just right", size, comfort, style and color. Jackpot. THEN, I saw a piece against the back wall. The piece looked exactly like a built in cabinet, only stained brown, which I was very interested in. We measured it and took that down. I spoke to Vinny, and agreed to consider it if it would fit. After visiting another big named store, I drove home to Phoenix and measured the space the hutch would go. Youre not going to believe this, (because I didnt. Had to measure it a second time with a different measuring tape to be sure), but the dimensions were exact. EXACT! Long story a little longer, I called Vinny back and we worked out a deal that I could not say no to. Badda boom, badda bing, its a beautiful piece of furniture! I cant wait to get it in the house! Excellent customer service, products, and a price NONE of the big stores could come close to. Thank you!

Was looking for a Futon that would be comfortable for my stepson who is moving to Phoenix for a job and would be staying with us until he finds an apartment - stopped by Phoenix Furniture to see what they had - they only had one in stock but...it was really nice and from what I can tell from the brief sit down - it was comfortable - it was exactly what I needed for him. The Futon looks like great quality for such a reasonable price - will bring my stepson back to Phoenix furniture Outlet to furnish his new apartment (he needs everything) Vinny was great - very customer service friendly and helpful - as much as I liked what I bought I wanted a darker color - he looked for me and we did find many but, I needed it like yesterday and Vinny was very honest not knowing how long I would wait for it to be restocked (liked that honesty) so I went with the one I found on the floor (again, super nice) all in all It was a great experience (took all of 10 minutes) I will definitely go back there again - they have some really nice furniture at very reasonable prices. I have gone into stores where the prices were good but the furniture was awful, not here. I would definitely recommend this place - this is also a great place for first time homeowners and renters on a budget or someone in need of a piece of furniture quick. Oh, they are delivering the Futon tomorrow - that is amazingly fast - great furniture, prices and fast delivery - what more could I ask for - really!!!

My husband and I have been looking for a dining table for a long time. We have been to a thousand stores throughout the valley and couldnt seem to find the right quality, right price, and sometimes right service. We stopped in the Phoenix Furniture Outlet on a whim after looking around at a nearby store, and instantly fell in love with one of their dining tables. We were approached by an associate who gave us some quick info about how the store works but was not pressuring us at all. He was super helpful and informational and we felt good about the purchase. He allowed us to take the table home piece by piece, since the set (table and chairs) could not fit in the car. On top of that, the people in the back who helped us load the car were super friendly, offering to wrap different items in order to insure that nothing was damaged. We had a great experience here. The Phoenix Furniture Outlet is the most friendly venue for furniture shopping I have ever visited. I was incredibly impressed by the personal service and flexibility of the staff. Having just moved to Phoenix I didnt have any furniture in my home and the staff at Phoenix Furniture Outlet delivered my furniture over a weekend (the next day) to accommodate my familys needs as soon as possible. They offer INCREDIBLE prices. I thought surely I could find a better price online but the prices in the store were unmatched. They also price match sales from other local competitors and online retailers. In summary I had the most pleasant furniture buying experience of my life at the Phoenix Furniture Outlet and I highly recommend them. I seldomly write reviews but after having experienced what they have to offer I had to make sure others were aware of this gem.

5 start overall for sure. First off JD was a great, non pressure sales man, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I purchased a bedroom set, and some of the items were damaged (factory fault and it happens). Vinny, the GM was on top of it and called me from his personal phone to assure me that the damaged pieces would be taken care off. Vinny put a pririty shipment on the pieces and delivered on the next shipment. Damon and Jeff were the delivery team and they were, hands down, the best delivery guys I have met. Very friendly and really nice guys. Minus what was out of there control, they have built a very customer oriented business. I highly recommed going in to the store if you are looking for a business that cares about the customer. Hands down I will not go anywhere else from here on out. Great job guys

This place is newer and much better than the other furniture stores around. The guys are super cool and not your typical pushy salesmen and the prices are reasonable (especially compared to "the dump" down the road. We wound up buying two couches and two pictures from them and we all agreed that we would simply go back there for the customer service they provided! Although they may not be as big as some other stores they have really nice items in there and a TON online- and their website is very easy to navigate. Id highly recommend you check this place out before anywhere else!

This was our first time shopping at Phoenix Furniture Outlet and it will not be our last. Outstanding customer service. Extremely reasonable and affordable prices. Very polite, personable, and helpful delivery guys. JD and Vinny were great in the store, as they both worked patiently with us to find out just what we had in mind for our backyard patio so we would walk away with the perfect furniture set.
