STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET SCREWED....The ladies that work here are all very ignorant and conniving ...I ordered a bedroom set from there that was quoted and invoiced for $1,349... i was told it would take 4-6 weeks for delivery i waited a week to call and confirm delivery in which another lady told me it would be 4-10 months before delivery. i then proceeded to look at other sets in the store. This lady continued to lie to me about the delivery because the original lady told me the WEIGHT of the bedroom set 1349lb...not the price... the actually price was twice as much. So instead of being honest and just say that the other rep is retarded everyone continued to lie to me. Then i finally did like a set and was told i could get 24 month financing... i agreed to buy the set but when i went to sign for everything they could only give me 12 months...i wish this was the last lie they told me..but i am not that lucky... the lies continued to come.... until out of frustration i cancelled the order after all... They think if they say sorry that everything is fine and you should just pay for the difference...

Great furniture, Im surprised by the one negative comment posted below. Surely the sales person that the review speaks of has long ago departed. I think that they only have a couple of sales people here, but they seem to be very knowledgeable. Ive been impressed with their product knowledge and designer skills. The selection here is great, and of high quality. This is NOT where you shop for dormitory furniture. This is high end merchandise, good leather and fabric choices from leading manufacturers. My expectations were met, Im very happy here and plan to return for my next value purchase. The people I spoke to were Mike and Sharin. They were very helpful.

I have bought my bedroom furniture,office furniture and a leather chair from Design source. I have always had the best service from the ladies there and the quality of my furniture is much nicer than what other furniture stores around here sell. My office furniture was in stock, they have a warehouse I pulled my truck around to the back. My bedroom furniture was ordered but only took 3 weeks, were every other store was 8-10 weeks out. My bedroom furniture is now sold at high end store for over $5000. I only paid $2500. I will always shop there first before running all over town looking at junk. I highly recommend.

I came to Design Source 8 months ago for furniture and loved the store, however, I had to move away so I had to sell all my new furniture. I bought a gel mattress in the store that I had been using for awhile and had to sell that as well but was having a hard time sleeping. I ended up calling the store and they said they shipped mattresses all over the country and that I could have one shipped to my house in Boulder, Colorado. One month later they did what they said and I have a mattress in my house. Thank you for the service and thank you to the family members who made this shipping work.

I came to the store off the Design source website and I was introduced to Tim. I had a million question on leather and power and he answered every one of them. I have been looking for a costum sectional for 5 months and they were so helpful with picking colors and sizes. You can tell the furniture is quality and I also felt so comfortable in the store because the sales staff never harassed or followed me around the store.

My husband and I came in for a Leather sofa and walked out with a bedroom and entire living room set! Sharin was absolutely fabulous and the quality of the furniture was exceptional! We were quoted 4-6 weeks on our stressless group and it came in exactly 4 weeks. The delivery crew was great and friendly and the family-owned atmosphere make us want to come back!!

We arrived at 5:45 pm today 04/14/2017, the store was closed, went back in the car, then when checking online for another furniture store a lady came out at 5:50 pm and asked us if we wanted to go in, we said yes and she replied that they closed at 6:00 pm that tomorrow will be open again, jumped into her vehicle and left the area. We will not come again

Been shopping for 2 months to furnish a new house. Everyone at DSF has been most helpful and patient as we stumbled through all the decisions. We are looking forward to delivery and then enjoying our new home and furnishings. Will post an update after everything arrives.
