We bought a sofa and love seat from John Paras in Rock springs and within two weeks the arm rest broke off the sofa. They had it repaired but would not exchange it. Now 2 years later the arm rest broke off the love seat. I had been shopping at Paras for years and due to their lack of customer service and honoring my past business I will no longer shop there. Time to go to RC Willey in SLC.
