I ordered a bunk bed for my kids for Christmas. While picking up at their warehouse, I saw only one box. I asked the warehouse guy if that was it and he stated that it was. GUESS I SHOULD HAVE HAD THEM OPEN THE BOX. Due to purchasing weeks before Christmas, I waited to set it up. On December 23rd, I opened the box and started taking everything out only to find out I was missing everything but the hardware and the headboards/footboards. Which I guess I should have known due to the size of the box. I called and talked to their Customer Service who advised it would be delivered on Monday and they would deliver and set-up for free, which was OK. The Saturday before delivery, I get a call saying the beds would not be delivered now until Tuesday..REALLY Geez. Instead of having them deliver and set-up between 12-4, I decided to go pick up the bunk beds because I had things to do after 2pm. While at their warehouse, the warehouse guy asked if I had both boxes and I said that I did not and that is why there is an exchange happening now. The warehouse guy said that they only box they had was for the headboard/footboad. I told him the store and he said that there is definitely two boxes to the order. He goes and talks to a few people and comes back to say I needed to go back out front and talk to those guys because they were calling my sales person, LISA PECK. So, come to find out, everything I am miss is out of stock with no ETA on when they would be back in stock. The person at the warehouse also stated they had been out of stock for a while now. They did say they had another color in their warehouse in San Diego but it would not be here until next Tuesday. This is not acceptable. Lisa should have see this on the computer when she was ringing up my order. Needless to say, I am getting a refund but it is going to take 7-10 days. I would give a poor rating, but the warehouse guys were really nice and nothing was their fault. The first warehouse guy should have noticed the error and Lisa was nice but she should have seen in the computer system what was out of stock and what was in stock. Was she just wanting the commission sale? Who knows. Also, the change of delivery. Dont say something will be delivered and then change the date, people set up delivery dates/times for a reason, it is called LIFE. There was no inclement weather between CA and AZ.

Bought and paid in full for a couch. I was told delivery would be Saturday, May 20th, between 6pm-10pm. Delivery that I PAID for also. . . So. . . Early Saturday morning I received the confirmation text message indicating the delivery would, in fact, be made during this time window. Happy to receive my furniture so fast. I gladly cancelled plans and rearranged my evening to be home for this delivery during the time that Not Furniture set. Well? 6pm through 10Pm has come and gone, and not 1 call, not 1 email or text message from The Delivery drivers or Mor furniture. . . They have completely wasted my time by grossly over promising and under delivering. I could not be more disappointed. I do not recommend this company to anyone. You would be better off spending more money elsewhere for a better customer experience and for someone to actually keep their commitments. . . Now I have to take even MORE of my time to go back to the store for a refund of my money for the furniture They could not be bothered to deliver as expected. I am beyond annoyed. And even more disappointed that MOR furniture does not value my business enough to deliver the product Ive paid for. Its 12:10AM. . . the delivery drivers. Just called and woke me up. . . granted they did apologize for calling so late, but said they could be here in about 30 minutes to deliver my order. . . . well, guess what? I cannot accept deliveries this late where I live per my HOA. And now I am awake. So you have wasted my time missing delivery window. And now interrupted my sleep. This is the worst experience Ive ever had making a purchase. Ever. No courtesy or decency here. How hard would it have been to call or send a message before the delivery window expires to let me know. MOR Furniture does no appreciate their customers! Ive never felt so devalued as a consumer than I do right now. Who calls after midnight to make a furniture delivery at a quarter to 1 in the morning. Insulting. I cannot get my money back fast enough. Absolutely despicable! I will NEVER buy from this company again!

We purchased a "Leather" sofa set for thousands of dollars. We also were hustled into purchasing the extended 5-year warranty. When the sofas where literally falling apart and the leather was peeling off of the cushions in less than a yr and a half, we had a representative come out for a claim. Which was a HUGE hassle!! They showed up un- announced and never even gave a date or time frame like they said they would. We had to reschedule multiple times do to there Awful customer service. When the representative did show up, we were notified for the first time the "Leather" furniture only has leather on the top of the cushions and the bottom of the sofa and cushions are NOT leather. Hence why they are falling apart so quickly. This was the first we were even told of this poor quality or we would have not purchased them. This was very misleading if not a flat out lie. We went in asking for ALL leather nice quality sofa set and ended up with junk! All of this to find the claim was denied and they will do nothing to rectify the situation. They also didnt even have the respect to notify us of this decision.

Every time I have come to this store (at least 5+ times in the past few months) Lisa Peck has been an AMAZING helper. She helped create special packages to fit my needs for my bedroom, living room and accessories! I am always welcomed by all employees who are more than willing to help me get great deals on my furniture. Lisa even does a little bit extra asking how my family is doing (since I have brought my mom in before) and how I am doing personally. She always makes me feel welcomed! Lisa knows that I am super independent, so she lets me go around the store and then comes to check in on me if I need any help or any ideas for what I am hoping to get. I will continue to ask for her when I go into the store! I gave 4 stars because the delivery process has been a little bit of a hassle. My bedroom set and sofa came within two weeks, but my ottoman and love seat didnt come until a month and a half later. I was called multiple times that the delivery date had to be pushed out, but they did call when it came in so I was able to make it an earlier date.
