I went on August 30 2016 to look at mattresses at the mattress firm in Bountiful. I normally shop around extensively before making a big purchase like this but not this time, I purchased a mattress on the spot without shopping around. The reason was the manager on duty CJ. It was an absolute pleasure to purchase my mattress from CJ. He answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgable about the mattresses in the store. He was patient and never stopped smiling and being helpful even as indecisive as I was being. I am extremely confident I made the right choice, so confident that I havent even looked for any other deals. They have a great selection and a great sale going on now. Thanks CJ!

My boyfriend and I went in knowing exactly what we were looking for and Brent (the super helpful sales guy) didnt try any of those dirty sales tricks that make big-ticket purchases so annoying. He let me try out a different level of firmness of the mattress that I liked and he made a great observation that I hadnt even thought of (whether Im a back or side sleeper) and he got us taken care of and out the door really quickly. The whole purchasing process was a snap, especially because of the fantastic Labor Day deals they have going on right now and Brent even helped us get a discount on the delivery fee! I would definitely recommend the Bountiful Mattress Firm to anyone looking for a new bed.

I went to Mattress Firm this past Thursday and had the best experience. CJ helped me out and he was so friendly and accommodating. I felt like he really cared about my individual situation and wanted to find the best mattress for me and my budget. I felt like he was honest and didnt try to up-sale me into features I didnt care about. He was able to find me an amazing mattress from their clearance center and I got an amazingly comfortable mattress for a great price. He also gave me a great deal on a set of rails. So happy with this purchase and this store!

We had a fantastic experience at the Mattress Firm. Erik Armendariz greeted us cheerfully and quickly had us educated on what type of mattress would be most suitable for us. He wasnt pushy. His knowledge and enthusiasm made it very easy for us to decide that this was where we wanted to get our mattress from. The price was very reasonable for what we wanted and I couldnt believe how fast the process took. Whats more, they even have a little childrens play area that kept our 1.5 year old busy long enough for us to complete our purchase! Awesome!

My wife, daughter and I stopped at the Mattress Firm in Bountiful as our first stop of several planned on our search for a mattress. Brent was so helpful, and the selection was so great that we ended up buying a King and a Queen without even shopping around! Brent was very patient with us as we made our way around the store trying out different mattresses. Eric was very helpful and friendly. He backed off and gave us time to discuss what we wanted without added pressure. He helped us find exactly what we wanted. I would totally give him a five. The four was because we were a bit disappointed in the delivery. We were told they would wear booties to protect our carpet which they didnt. Whomever gathered the stuff for the base had sent a wrong leg and we had to wait about an hour and half longer for the correct one to be brought.

Great experience at this location! Heather S. was great to work with...very professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. If youre looking for a good mattress while still keeping it under budget, Heather is your girl. She got me the mattress/package I wanted for the price I was looking for! Cant wait for the mattress to get here so I can start getting some decent sleep!

We were greeted by a large smile and a great attitude upon entering the store! Our salesman (Chad) listened to what we wanted and helped us make a decision that was right for us. With my son moving to Logan we will now be able pick up a mattress at the Logan store in time for his move. We were very happy with our experience and will go back to Mattress Firm in the future.

I am not sure what we are going to do for our date night now it only took 1/2 hour to get a great new bed all wrapped up. Definitely not telling the kids we are done early and still thinking about a good lie to keep them out of our new bed. Good thing we have lots of time. Go by and see them we were very happy with our experience since we are super picky!

Our sales associate Dan Tannery was great. Dan was very knowledgable about the products and was not too pushy for us to buy something that wasnt right for us. He allowed us to make the decision ourselves but had answers to all of our questions. I would recommend Bountiful Mattress Firm to anyone for good price and great service from Dan Tannery.

These guys are AMAZING! This is our first mattress purchase and it was so stress free. They didnt put any pressure on us and even hooked us up with some discounts without us asking. Seriously amazing. We were nervous about going to a bigger corporation with pricing, but so happy with CJ and his customer service.
