We bought an expensive lamp here (we wanted to invest in something we would have for a long time) and had it in our home for less than a couple months. It wasnt until after we decided to rearrange our room that we discovered one of the threaded inserts that screws the thing together was defective and the lamp fell apart. The owner said the exchange policy was only a week or so and that she would not work with us to exchange the lamp. A lousy policy for a defective product under normal use. A word of caution to not even leave the store unless you are absolutely positive there are no problems with your purchase. We will not be returning here.
