Worst SAS Ive been to. First of all most of the employees dont know how to speak english. Everytime I would need help I would ask and they could never understand me nor help me. They are always busy to help anyone. My last, and I mean last visit, was horrible, I called first to ask if they had a certain size of rhinestones, because I live far, and the lady said they were in stock. I get there and there are none, so I tryed asking someone and they couldnt understand what I was saying so Im trying to ask someone else but they keep telling me they will be with me in just a second. I waited for over 10min. So I called the store while inside and I ask the girl who answered if they had black rhinestones in stock, and she tells me they dont sell any type of rhinestones (& I am in front of the wall with the rhinestones). So the next day I called to speak to the manager and I explain to her what had happened and unfortunately she did nothing but to say "Im Sorry." I thought the costumer is always first and happy. I guess in the case of these employees we are not!.

I keep coming back to this place expecting it to have somehow magically transformed into anything other than an overpriced, hole-in-the-wall full of mostly terrible textiles. On the one rare occasion that I found something worth while, I paid two-times the price I would expect to pay anywhere else. Maybe living in Los Angeles has spoiled me, but I expect more out of my neighborhood fabric store than SAS has to offer. The real kicker is the horrible service--the people who work here are consistent terrors--mean, unreasonable, and unhelpful. Sorry SAS, but frankly, I would rather shop at Joanns (and thats saying something).

Awesome selection. Great prices. You really have to dig to find stuff though so its never a quick trip and they are NOT kid friendly at all. Everything is low where kids can get into it, they wont let you use a shopping cart (imagine trying to push a double stroller and carry pounds of fabric), and they wont let even little kids use their restroom. So you might imagine why one would avoid going as long as possible to avoid the nightmare..

SAS is a fun place to snoop around and shop. However, yesterday was my first time at the Indian School location in Phoenix. Two of the women employed there were the absolutely rudest I have experienced!!! Unbelievably so!!! The young lady who cut my fabric was the only saving grace for this rude bunch. As a business professional, I found the staffs actions and attitudes appalling and unacceptable. Worst customer service EVER!!!

I was told about this location by a friend and as soon as I rolled in the door I was in fabric heaven. The aisles are a bit tricky to navigate in a wheelchair but with some creativity it is possible and they have a very nice man who will help you with the heavy bolts. The selection is so vast that you can go in several times a week and find something you missed before. And they are opening a second store right next door.

This SAS has the best selection of the four locations Ive visited. Ive never had a problem with the staff. They arent there to help you with your sewing project, but they will help you find something if you actually know what youre looking for. If youre willing to put in some time searching, youll be well rewarded. I always head to this store when Im costuming a show. Their prices cant be beat!

I think this place is amazing for nontions ,threads buttons etc .The inventory changes constantly which for me is great . I bring my 20mnth old with me & have never had a problem . Need fancy thread ,go there before you spend $3 + a spool @ joanns .I always recieved great customer service there & leave with plenty for a small price every trip . Its worth the drive from queen creek for me !!

Lot of stuff, but employees are very rude. Poor customer service. Better know what you want when you go into there, cuz if you ask questions, the women in their will snap at you like your bothering them. Sometimes they even tell you no they dont have it then walk away, come to find out then you do have the product. Not going back unless Im with my wife so I wont lose my cool

This place has so much stuff. Awesome stuff. But when I went in I had no clue where to start or how to get things measured. When I finally went to get something measured, I asked the man if he could help me figure out how much I needed and he just cut me off saying he had no clue and that he just started a week ago. He was rude. They make you feel un-welcome.

Another great place for fabric. Lots of patterns, textures, colors at a variety of affordable prices. Every notion imaginable available. Lots of free parking. Shopping carts for convenience. Happily one of the few independent, affordable places to buy textiles. So many others have closed falling victim to the economy and shrinking number of sewers/crafters.

Warehouse style location with huge selection. Be ready to search for what you want. Staff is wonderful and service is quick. Stock does change so visit regularly. Pricing is much better than other "box" fabric stores. There are 3 locations as all of them have slightly different selections. Glad I found SAS, I hardly go to the "box" stores any more.

This place gives me the creeps. I saw a couple bugs out and about, they are not helpful, they are way over priced for the digging and searching you have to do to find anything. They place was hot and a mess to say the least. I did find some cheap thread but it was covered in dust and lint. I dont think I ever need to go back.

I have been here many times, but EVERY time I go the ladies working there are very unfriendly. They argue with each other, they yell at children, they get frustrated with the customers, checking out takes FOREVER. Literally about 30-45 minutes to cut fabric and pay. I am really unhappy with the way they treat the customers.

The employees were extremely rude and constantly yelling. They had many fabrics for great prices but frankly I was scared to even ask for help due to the bad attitudes. Definitely would not return, perhaps try a different location.

Best place to go to when it comes to buying fabric. Its always full of people, so make sure you have some time to kill because the check out line is long. But overall is always stocked with merchandise.
