Let me start by WARNING anyone that needs shoes for a special event to NOT order from DSW shoes....... On April 20th the bridal party for the wedding I was in went to DSW and found matching shoes. However they did not have my size. They called and found them at a store 40+ miles from me. The store had them on hold but then I found out the shoes run small and I needed another size, so we called another store and they were supposed to hold them. On April 29th I drove all the way out to the other store(even further than the first) and they held the wrong shoe! They did not even have my shoes. I left so upset because the wedding was fast approaching and I still had no shoes. I received a call later that day from the store manager saying that they were so sorry this happened and had ordered my shoes with expedited shipping and that I would receive them on Friday May 1st. Friday came and went and it was 1 week till the wedding. I still had not been able to have my dress altered because I did not have the shoes. So I went to another store and purchased the only pair they could find, they were damaged but I was desperate to get my dress done. So I bought another pair of shoes. I waited a few more days and by Tuesday I still had not seen my shoes. So I called again. The girl I spoke with said she could not find any tracking info for the first pair and was so sorry and told me they would send out another pair of shoes and overnight them to me, I would get them by Thursday, this was the last day I could get them in time as I was leaving Friday morning for the wedding. Then I get my tracking info..... They would not get to my house till Friday May 8th, she had not chosen overnight shipping she chose 2 day shipping. So I called again.... At this point I asked to talk to a supervisor and was put on the phone with Cindy. She told me she would overnight another pair to the hotel I was staying at and I would have them by Friday. Then I got my tracking info...... again NO OVERNIGHT shipping, it was 2 day and they would be delivered by Monday May 11th to the hotel I am no longer at! So Thursday I called AGAIN..... The girl told me that she called Fedex and had my shipping upgraded to overnight, and I would still get them by Friday. Ha, another BS statement by "another shoe lover" but I thought to myself, how do you stop a shipment mid ship and change it? a couple hours later I get a call back from that girl and she told me she just got a call from Fedex and they can not upgrade my shipping. The best she could do is get them to me by Saturday May 9th, but they were not guaranteed to get there before the wedding. I was so upset I didnt know what to do..... It was too late for the whole bridal party to change our shoe choice and very little time to find a similar shoe. I went straight to a DSW store to find an alternate, and spend another $60. They were the WORST!! They just wandered around showing my shoes that were NOTHING like what I needed. I left in tears. Friday am I am getting ready to leave for the hotel, and get a text from Cindy stating that I can pick up my shoes from a Fedex NO WHERE near me or where I was going. At this point I had no time to pick them up as I was scheduled for makeup in a short time...... I still have not received any of the shoes, one will be delivered to the hotel and I have been on the phone all morning trying to get that taken care of. I am sick to think this is the customer service you train and provide! Shame on you guys for the lies, and lack of urgency on such an important day!

Customer service is great, one of the cashiers was moody when i was there one time which tainted my experience. Most of the employees and ALL of the managers are great though. I would shop here again.
